I’ve worked with him for a couple years now and he does great work, is thorough, and takes time to answer any question I have and explain every relevant detail. I’d recommend the company to all my friends and family. He operates at a top tier level of professionalism and customer care, and that’s just something you don’t find everywhere anymore.

Update 2/12/26: I've noticed an improvement with our issue as it occurs less often now. Chance visited us today to check on the progress, so I just wanted to update this review since he is a down to Earth guy with an awesome work ethic as well. I'm looking forward to updating this review again when the issue is fully resolved!

Let me just start off by saying you won’t be disappointed with Next Level Pest. Brandon is excellent at communicating, explaining everything clearly, and giving you the reasoning behind what he’s doing. Their prices can’t be beat! I definitely recommend this place to anyone needing pest control.
I've known Brandon for 6 years, two different properties, and trust him for all things pest control. He has helped me deal with everything from ants to mosquitoes and worse. More than fair prices, but more importantly he takes care of business and someone you can trust in your home.

Brandon has been our pest control Tech for about 6 years now! There is not anybody else that I would call to come to anywhere that I live or stay! He has even come to an airbnb we rented "long term", just so i wouldn't have any problems! He is well knowledged and so incredibly kind to our family including children and pets! We have a son who is deathly allergic to fire ants and in the 6 years we have had Brandon as our pest control Tech, we have never had an issue with ants or any pests of any kind. If I see a problem I know I can call him right away and he will come out as soon as possible and give us the dedicated time and energy it takes to resolve the problem! I stand by his great prices and quality work. He should definitely be your go to guy!

Kirk was not only on time, but knew he was going to be a few minutes early and texted to let me know. He was very nice and professional. He communicated well and we were able to be in our home while he sprayed. I happened to get a special when I called, but the prices were very reasonable.

Brandon was very professional and he knows his job. I had a problem with an racoon in my attic. He knew just by looking at the damage what it was before he caught it. He stopped by everyday until the problem was solved. I would recommend this company (Brandon) at anytime. Thank you so much!

This is my second review and follow up review for Next Level Pest Services. If you are anywhere around 76131 and are in need of an exterminator or pest control, the ONLY person and company you need to remember to call is Brandon at Next Level Pest Services. He is simply the best there is.
Brandon always does an amazing job! He never fails to take into account our kitties and makes sure not to use anything that would irritate them. And his extremely flexible scheduling puts him up above all of the competition.
