Changed to 5 stars! Upon seeing my initial review owner Eduardo called and chatted with me apologized for any mixups or shortcoming and he corrected everything honorably and had the the initial tech (Darnell) drop off the cleaner (which again Darnell resurfaced the table perfectly), then Eduardo also himself brought me some extra cleaner so I appreciate that a lot, not every owner cares enough to go above and beyond to make the customer pleased! I well definitely be using thier services again. And thanks Eduardo for the health info you provided my husband !! What a divine intervention it was that we both recently had fam going through same health issues to where you could be of help to us as we navigate this diagnosis with info you learned along the way. Again sorry for your loss.
This company did great work; our marble table was thrashed ! Like they brought it back to life nicely and we pleased with the results. So that’s a lot of positive small negative is I was rescheduled last min which was very inconvenient for me, I understand someone’s truck broke down so I’ll give grace because that’s out of their control. What I don’t like is it wasn’t told to me what to clean the table with to avoid ruin in the future, he couldn’t remember the name of the product I should get and I gave grace on that too but then he said he would circle back with a bottle of sed cleaning product and never did. So I still literally have no guidance on how I should keep this table clean/un-ruined in the future.

I love Eduardo and his crew. We have used him 2 times now as well as some of our neighbors. He is very knowledgeable and precise. He doesn’t rush to get to the next job. We had a new floor put down a few years ago and I forgot how beautiful my tile and grout were (with two dogs). My floors look new again. Thanks’

Eddie and Juan did a great job of reviving my limestone bathroom floor and shower. They are knowledgeable, hard workers, pleasant and carefully tape off the area. Try this company before investing in a complete retiling expense and disruption.

So so pleased with the work NextGen did on my travertine floors! They turned the cracks into "veining" and did wonders on the ugly grout lines. Eddie is a delight, and stayed later to attack some of the more stubborn grout lines with me in the high traffic area. Both he and his crew were incredibly careful wrapping the nearby furniture in plastic and, all in all, very respectful of my space. Their pricing was competitive, which will keep me coming back. Nextgen did a standout job on my travertine floors that covered 2200 square feet of my house. The floors were in total shambles after 20 years. Mr. Ramos clearly had a team he trusted and worked hard. He walked us through every step of the process before and during the work. We made a few tweaks along the way and the floors look better than brand new. The cracks are blended, the holes are gone, and the lippage is completely removed. I’m so happy with the floors. Not only was he a professional, I asked him to come back and fix a few minor things I saw and he did without question! Everyone showed up on time and he was there when he said he would be. He’s friendly and a true professional. Highly recommend.
