What my husband and I love best about Vlad is his communication and responsiveness. He is well organized with his schedule so you know who is coming and what is getting done that day. We were so happy with our remodel from NextGen. We hired them for a kitchen remodel. Their pricing was reasonable, and the work was completed perfectly on schedule. I am thrilled with the entire Next Gen Design and Build team. They did a seamless, complete remodel job on my kitchen. They are five star all the way around. It starts with the 3 D digital renderings and expert design sense that helped me visualize and plan the project. They completed the project in a timely manner and always maintained a clean and orderly job site. The quality of materials are top notch. All of their subcontractors were excellent and on schedule. My kitchen is a beautiful dream transformed into reality. It does take a team. Vlad and Alla have organized a high quality team and support and manage it well. NextGen just completed an office remodel for us and we could not be more pleased. In 2023 they did a full home renovation for us with outstanding results. The only room untouched was the office. So a year later we taxed Vlad and Alla with our loose office vision. Although they are known for their kitchens and baths they jumped right in to create and execute this room. We needed it to work as an office, with additional storage and glass display cabinets. We wanted it modern, moody and elegant. After in depth consultation they came to us with a workable plan. From development, to ordering, to preparation, to execution in a timely manner NextGen did not disappoint. There were no surprises. Vlad’s team showed up and completed their jobs with precision and respect for our home. A special thank you to Alla for her hard work to find materials that fit our vision and needs. She offered ideas initially out of our comfort zone and we are so pleased we went with her design vision. The office has become one of the most used rooms in our home. We highly recommend NextGen. We have been homeowners over 40 years, built 3 homes and renovated others. So not newbies to construction. We were moving from out of state to S.C. under difficult circumstances. We solicited five builders in the area for bids. Vlad’s estimate was thorough, prompt and specific. He was detailed and open to discussion regarding the process forward when other contractors were not. Once an agreement was signed Vlad produced a detailed daily plan outlining what would occur on each day. Although we were skeptical this work would actually be completed as outlined the precision and planning of each step was comforting. Well, Vlad and his team met or surpassed every date on his original list much to our surprise. Each sub contractor knew what Vlad expected and on what timeline and they produced. In every build there are setbacks. On our job vlad rolled with each delay, all of which were our fault not his. On the one oversight that occurred on his watch Vlad took responsibility and immediately offered several options to rectify. He was available for consultations by text and phone throughout the project. If he was concerned about something he showed up onsite and supervised the work directly. This was very reassuring to us to watch his work ethic in action. He hires and retains excellent sub contractors that must meet his level of excellence. The design team, specifically Alla, worked with us to bring our vision to fruition. She was tireless in searching out specific products we wanted or to offer alternatives in our style when something was not available or discontinued. Her expertise on design was invaluable in a number of situations specifically lighting placement and problem solving with cabinet hardware. She was flexible, intuitive and responsive to us as customers. This made the daunting task of picking out every single item for entire home much less stressful. Everything this team did was transparent and professional. No surprises.
Lastly, Vlad presented himself throughout our project as an honest professional. He told us what he could do, he put it in writing, and then he followed through on all of it at a high level of quality. We would absolutely recommend working with NextGen Design & Build! We had tile and water damage in our master bathroom shower. We had no idea what we were doing or even what design we wanted and NextGen helped us at every step. They made it a breeze! They helped guide us through the design process and kept us in our budget. NextGen Design & Build was the best decision we made when looking for a contractor to remodel our entire home. Vlad and Alla were GREAT to work with! We strongly recommend Nextgen - Vlad, Alla and their sub-contractors did a great job with our kitchen remodel....Our kitchen remodel included the removal of a load barring wall, removal of a window, new vinyl siding outside, new flooring/painting into our dining/living room and install of all cabinets/countertops including a new island - the Nextgen team handled the entire project flawlessly and timely including permits and all necessary inspections along the way.....Nextgen provided a detail quote with drawings at no charge versus other contractors that wanted several thousand dollars before the start of the project.....We had several changes/additions during the project - all were done to our expectation and at the costs quoted and agreed upon....If you have a kitchen or bathroom project you should definitely give Nextgen the opportunity to quote the project.

We are glad that we went ahead with Alla and Vlad for our kitchen remodeling and replacement of flooring.
They are a power couple and both of them provide their valuable inputs regarding the design, execution of the plan.
We demoed entire kitchen and built a new one, our experience with them was good. Vlad sticked to the schedule and has completed project. They are open to re-do the work if the Client is not happy with the work.
They believe in Client satisfaction and quality of work is top-notch.
I would highly recommend Vlad and Alla if there is any major renovation.

I have wanted to update my kitchen for years! I met with numerous contractors but finally found NextGen! I knew right away from their attention to detail and construction knowledge that this was the right contractor to help me. The kitchen is done and I still feel that I picked the right contractor. What a great job NextGen design did on our 1989 kitchen! Allá and Vlad were very much engaged each step of the way from helping select the designs to fit our budget to making multiple visits during the remodel to ensure the work was on target with their goal to exceed our expectations. Had hardwood and tile floors put in along with installing a new half bath. Quality work except some small drywall areas which I touched up and repainted later on. The tile was perfect. Flooring, electrical and plumbing were great. Work done promptly.
