I want to take a moment to thank Ohm and the whole Nextgen Car Care team for taking such great care of my daughter while she was far from home. As a parent, it means everything to know she was treated with kindness, honesty, and respect.
They helped her with her brake issue quickly and made sure she understood what was going on, which gave both of us peace of mind. While her car was being fixed, they even offered her a ride back to Utica University, which truly went above and beyond.
They also took videos of the car and explained exactly what was going on, which made me feel like I was right there with her. That level of communication meant so much, especially since I couldn't be there in person.
I'll admit, I was a bit nervous at first since I wasn't there to help her, but I put my trust in them and the outcome was amazing. They made a stressful situation so much easier for both of us.
I'm very grateful for their professionalism and compassion. I will definitely be going back to them and would highly recommend NextGen Car Care. to everyone in need of reliable and trustworthy service.

I was in a pinch with a piece of metal sticking out of my tire and stopped by and asked for help. No appointment, yet Tom, Kyle, and Lee swooped in like heros to save the day and helped me out so fast I couldn't believe it! I've been coming here for awhile and they do great work, but this was something else!
We've used Boelcke for years. Most recently, we had some major work done: a new high-efficiency furnace, AC, and water heater. Don (the estimator) and Mike and Ralph (the technicians) explained everything, answered all our questions, and accommodated some special requests we had about the install. We don't know how Boelcke's prices compare to others in the area, but we always get prompt callbacks, professional work, a pleasant experience, and peace of mind.
Excellent customer service. I dropped off my car for an inspection, and two people said hello to me. I mention it because you don’t get customer service like this anymore. They texted me updates throughout the inspection. If they found any issues they recommended for service, they provided detailed pictures in the text messages so you can see for yourself (rust, etc). The whole process was very friendly, very detailed, informative without being pushy, and overall a surprisingly great experience. I’ll be returning with my summer tires and any other service needs. A+ highly recommend.
This garage is awesome, they really go above & beyond. Honest & straight forward with the work they’re doing, & they give live updates as they’re inspecting your vehicle for issues. (huge bonus imo) Tom is a pleasure to work with! Can’t thank these guys enough for helping me out, by far the best garage i’ve worked with.
All work performed was beyond my expections,service was great,and price was a pleasant surprise!

We are so happy to hear the service was good, we would love to take credit for your house being warm but unfortunately we can't ,We fix cars. However, If that's broken give us a call and we can make sure that has good heat too.
Alex at Next Gen car was amazing . She arranged for driver to pick up my son’s car 30 min away and put on snow tires , then she had it delivered to him the next day . Top notch service .

I can't recommend Nextgen Car Care enough. Even after moving to Albany I keep bringing my car back to get big jobs on my car taken care of.
