Horrible company. Customer service is run by robot clowns. They sold me a broken monitor and told me to contact the manufacturer to return it because they weren't going to do anything about it. I'll never use newegg or msi again. Booooo

I bought MacBook Pro ram and received two 32 gb Ddr4 rams. I contacted the seller returned the 64 gb of ddr4 and got my Machook rams. The MacBook Pro ram is as around $28, so when I saw the ddr4 I immediately got in contact. I usually purchase from a Michigan seller. Living in Wisconsin the items get here fairly quick. I never had any problems with Newegg, their customer support, or the price of an item. I don’t buy it if it’s too high in price.

I get better prices on here usually, but when they cost more than others it’s usually not by much. I have never had any problems with any products from this company so far. I really wish the electronics industry would level out for regular consumers and stop catering to big corporations, why can’t we get deals like them. The big guys have all the money, regular people don’t have it like that. PC’s are super expensive these days, making it more feasible to just play games on a console that are cross play. To get a PC that plays 4K at 60fps, you pay thousands. I would like Newegg to become a bulk buyer for their customers so we can get the big company deals. Thank you.

Ive now ordered 2 prebuilt pcs various sticks of RAM and a 1tb nvme and everything has arrived. I have only had one issue and it was the carriers fault the worker was new and thought my last name was fake 🤦‍♂️ it was quickly remediated by newegg, this is the only place besides microcenter i will shop pc parts going forward in life.

My last interaction with this company i bought a 10TB HDD, which was defective. I sent it back as RMA and indicated I wanted a replacement. I then get an email that my 'refund' had been processed. Refund? I check that i indicated replacement which I did and so write them back. They tell me they automatically changed it to refund because it was out of stock and they didn't want to 'make me wait'. Item relisted less than a week later for $100+ dollars more than what I paid for it. Seems very obvious what was going on. That was my last interaction with them and will literally be my LAST interaction with them. Never buying anything from them again.

What was once the best online retailer for having the most robust filtering system and most accurate and detailed product information has succumbed to the ensloppification of online commerce. Allowing random sellers to post crap that gets around whats left of the filtering system so you constantly see junk that you specifically aren't looking for. Incorrect listings and outright false advertising has brought them pretty close to Amazon and Walmart in terms of being wildly unreliable to shop on. Their customer service is usually great with returns and the like but so are Amazon and Walmart. The corporations are in a race to the bottom of the barrel and it seems they won't stop until people get so annoyed they stop buying.

When I was building computers this was/is my go to store. Sure I can go to Amazon or BestBuy (yuck) but I "feel" better buying from Newegg. I recently bought a 4k monitor that had great reviews but when it arrived it was a dull as a cloudy evening. Emailed them about it and did a return as smooth as butter. Yes it's owned by a Chinese company now but I still will use them for my electronic/computer needs. Oh, you still need to compare them with other sites out there. Prices do vary wildly.
