Got our ducts cleaned and they did a good job unfortunately I did not know that didn’t include the dryer vents. I assumed that would ve done. I found out afterwards it was not. I should have been given that option at the beginning. Later I was finding a lot of dust in the bathrooms. Sebastian came out and inspected and tried to sell me a cleaning system for over a $1000. I just wanted my dryer vents cleaned which he told me would be $200. BUT I couldn’t do that without getting cleaning system. What a way to do business. Unfortunately I can’t find another business to do without the entire home done again. I am stuck with dirty dryer vents. I will not be nenewing my membership with them next yr,

Over the past year we have had Precision Air & Plumbing install a new a/c unit, water heater and water softener. Richie Buffington, Kris Butner, and Jimmy Miller are outstanding employees. They are impressive in knowledge, personable and don’t cut any corners to help. Their manager Rey has the best of the best working for him. Additionally Carson Edwards - working for manager Jeff - fits right in with every compliment describing him also. Thank you for your efforts, Rich & Linda Lorbeer

The process of replacing the AC system on our home was far easier than I was expecting. From being able to pick the unit we wanted and having a knowledgeable contractor come out and confirm that we made the correct decision and offering guidance on the best installation procedures was awesome. Plus it was over $2000 cheaper than the lowest estimate we received.

Kathy with new ac unit was amazing to deal with and answered all questions I had prior to purchase. The installation was handled by American Air & Appliance LLC. The made the install process smooth and handled it timely. The whole process was smooth and handled professionally through out.

I purchased a Midea A/C unit through New AC Unit and had it installed by their recommended installer, Guarantee Guys. Within hours of installation, the unit stopped cooling and only circulated air. This has happened multiple times since. The installer recommended a $500 hard start kit as a fix, claiming it was necessary due to a “power grid issue,” even though the new unit draws the same startup amperage as my old A/C, which never had this problem. When I asked for a proper diagnostic, I was told they cannot identify the root cause unless they are there at the exact moment of failure, and even then they could only check if the compressor is overheated. Both New AC Unit and Guarantee Guys have refused to take any action until the unit fails completely, leaving me with a brand-new A/C that does not work properly and no solution except paying for an expensive add-on. I would not recommend this company or installer. The lack of support and unwillingness to properly address installation or product issues is extremely concerning.

We have been on top of your issue since you first called in, we have reached out to the Midea rep to contact the installer to see what’s going on. We cannot control when the call is being made. Also, a contractor cannot diagnose what is wrong with your system if the unit is operating upon arrival. They have asked you to call them when it fails and you were not doing so, finally you did (10-1-25) and they were able to diagnose a bad t-stat…which was brought up to you on the jobsite inspection that it should be replaced. You declined. The installer has given you the option to install a new tstat to prove to you this is the issue and let it run for 2 weeks before payment is made. You declined that as well and decided to purchase a tstat on your own and install it, we have done everything we can to help you. We hope you become satisfied and appreciate your business

This is great site to buy new AC but the service options is what you should be careful , Basic $1500 should not be there and it is deceiving as no contractor want to install for $1500. I selected basic and wasted 2 days as no contractor want to do it for 1500 even though the HVAC unit you are buying days standard install is included. This is in response to reply from owner one of the contractor waked away and do not even want to talk to me, I have in writing our conversation in chat where you say if it is exactly the same unit and less than 5 years then only you should choose so what is the point of standard install option where no one want to work on it.

As we had discussed with you over the phone, the $1500 is a retro-fit replacement which means replacing old unit with new and connecting all previous components, this option typically works for houses and systems less than 10 years old. Us and the contractor confirmed this option could be done for you but there would be future issues down the road since your home and system was more than 20yrs old. Your best option to eliminate issues down the road was going to the enhanced for $3000 that included multiple components at a bundled deal that you needed. You understood that, and decided to move forward. You also had the option to cancel. Not once did the contractor say they did not want to do it, they simply suggested to upgrade your install for better installation quality. Our website does say standard installation included because we do not drop ship units, we provide installation with all jobs unlike all other e-commerce companies.

Everything was great. Bought two units from them 15 months in compressors out on the first unit I had installed $2200 to get repaired Not sure it was worth it

First off we appreciate your business with us! We believe we were able to save you thousands compared to other conventional companies and still have a quality installation. This issue could have happened with anyone. We cannot control whether the compressor fails or not, which is why you have a 10yr manufacturers warranty. Unfortunately mechanical parts fail, but that is not our fault. We simply sold you a brand name unit at a very discounted price. We apologize your compressor failed (multiple variables as to why) and hope you are back up and running.

Our Technician, Mark, replaced a defective voltage regulator on one of our AC units. From the time he introduced himself at the front door, he was a true professional in his knowledge, recommended solutions and overall personality. He was a real pleasure to work with and made me feel he was truly wanting to fix our AC problem and NOT sell me products and service that wasn't needed. That's a rare commodity in the service industry now days. I highly recommend Precision to provide outstanding service at a very fair price and feel genuinely good about the technician representing their company. Great Job Mark!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Initially very satisfied when your tech came out Sept. 1st and diagnosed our AC, replacing a voltage regulator. However, 3 days later, it was still malfunctioning. The AC would start, run for 20 minutes and then stop again, making a high pitched sound. Today is Sept. 11th and it is still not working. Having paid over $400 for the service call, we are disappointed. Liked our technician but that doesn't cool our house or solve the problem.

The company that did this work for you deserves your feedback, and it's doing no good on our site since simply don't repair or service existing equipment. So easy to work with! Shortly after placing my order online Kathy called to schedule the inspection. After the inspection Bobby went over all of the next steps, charges and fees. During the inspection they discovered that I ordered a unit with tonnage too large for my place. Kathy called me to let me know which units were comparable to the one I ordered and what the refund would be. She was extremely kind and helpful.
