Our Bosch gas oven wasn’t heating up properly. We also have a stovetop burner not igniting. I really don’t like calling service guys. There’s always a bit of anxiety about getting taking advantage of. Messaging Same Day Fix, I got a response within the hour, and an appointment within 2-3hrs. Our technician was very thorough, and communicated every step of the way. He immediately recognized the problem, showed me what part needed to be replaced, the cost, and his labour cost. It was a no brainer for such an expensive stove, and it took him maybe 30mins to fix. Our stovetop burner issue - he said was a much more complicated fix that would cost more money than it might be worth. It felt honest and transparent, and I didn’t feel an ounce of pressure one way or another to get it fixed. Highly recommend. Will be calling again when another appliance inevitably bites the dust.
