You owe it to yourself to make a phone call to meet with Dr. Beckman. Not sure about choosing the right surgeon. He's the one! The results on a revision to a previous surgery is everything I hoped for. Spare yourself of the uncertainty and get relief by contacting Dr. Beckman.

Dr. Beckman has been treating my wife and have had him perform lower back surgery on her. She is doing better everyday. She has experiencing some issues due to her osteoporosis. Dr Beckman and his staff are attending to the issues in the best possible manner. The care and follow-up have been excellent. The care and follow up are beyond all expectations. Dr Beckman and his staff are excellent.

My wife had excruciating pain going down the back of her legs dating back over a year. After a number of x-rays, MRI’s, PT sessions, cortisone injections, and visits to specialists, we were referred to a surgeon at Neurosurgery One, Dr.Joshua Beckman. In short order he reviewed the scans, showed us the trouble spots (L4/L5, some degenerative debris) and discussed 3 possible plans to pursue. He was decisive, thorough, and clearly, highly competent. He explained risks and concerns. In a follow up visit he walked us through a couple pieces of hardware utilized in the surgery: the device used in the traditional fusing procedure versus the less pervasive, smaller TOPS device. My wife and I were drawn more toward the TOPS device since it was smaller and featured an internal cushion that allowed multi-directional movement. We selected the TOPS and committed to surgery.
There are not enough superlatives to explain what a fantastic job Dr. Beckman and his associates did. The surgery was a month ago and from the very first day in recovery my wife exclaimed that her pain down her legs was completely gone! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. JOSHUA BECKMAN and his wonderful team of associates. Aside from the surgery itself, the extent of Pre-Surgery and Post-Operative handouts and suggestions were outstanding. Not only was it extremely useful, it relieved our anxiety. The teams at Neurosurgery One and Porter’s Hospital were to a person both caring and compassionate. I can’t imagine anyone surpassing this group’s level of care and expertise. They have something special going on. We are grateful for it and are passing on the good experience we had.

I had an SI Joint fusion done in 2021 by Dr. Beckman. I had been dealing with left leg and lower back issues for more then 10 years, doctors just kept passing the buck with me. I finally got a referral to Dr. Beckman and he figured out what was wrong with me 1st visit.
That was the best thing to ever happen to me and I have been pain free for just over 3years now. Highly recommend him.

I went to at least 20 different spine surgeons, neurosurgeons and orthopedic surgeons. I could not hold my head upright and the pain was unbearable. Dr. Beckman diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and proposed surgery. Dr. Beckman was honest and told me that the recovery would be rough. He was right, but I am so glad to be able to stand upright and hold my head up. Very warm and compassionate. Highly recommend! I am the wife of a retired Air Force General and find his accomplishments in the military are top notch!

He did my surgery back in June and now I can't see him anymore
.I schedule a appointment with him and I just keep getting bump around. I feel like he did the surgery got paid and ran. I have never experience anything like this
So now I'm left hanging and I don't know what to do. I regret ever knowing this dr and for doing the surgery.

In December Dr Beckman performed a spinal fusion for me, and I can't say enough good things about him. I chose him because of his website profile, and I've not looked back. Dr. Joshua Beckman is the best! He explains things in easily understandable terms. He truly cares about his patients, I've had the same surgery scheduled 3x with different surgeons. After meeting Dr. Beckman and his staff I decided to have my surgery within a month. Dr. Beckman meets with you before, during, and after the surgery.
