I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Dr Yoon and her team. I had a medial branch block done, knowing that the first one would be very short-lived, I was able to walk, bend and take the stairs with minimal pain which is the best feeling! Dr Yoon has very good bedside manners and walks you through every step as she's doing the procedure, and the outcome was exactly what I was hoping for. I am very happy with the service her office provides, and I was kept informed by her team. Amazing team, amazing results. Thank you, Shannon, Tay and Dr Yoon, for your help. Kudos to you all for running such a great clinic.

Dr Yoon was awesome! Very friendly and talked to me like a real person. She explained the testing process thoroughly, and explained the results at the end. Would highly recommend. Also, the office staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

No one seems to know what they are doing. I was given phone numbers to call and they were both bogus numbers. After I spent money for MRI ( I live on a limited income and had to borrow the money) for the follow up appointment I was then told it would cost more money to get my shots, because they don’t have the equipment in the office. I tried to call several times to find out if my insurance would cover the shots and you cannot talk to anyone you have to leave a message and they will return you call…NEVER HAPPENED. I called my insurance and was told the request had never been put in by Dr. Yoon or staff member and I had an appointment for June 21st. I finally have sent a copy of my messages sent through the portal and have not had any response to those either. Needless to say I will not be going to the June 21st appointment. I was also charged another Copay for the follow up appointment that is not supposed to happen if appointments are in the same month!! I would never recommend this practice to anyone. I am still in extreme pain, because I have DDD, a herniated disc and am now out $175 for an MRI that I can do nothing with and will need to start over. Thanks Dr. Yoon for nothing!

Dr. Yoon gave me shots for my carpal tunnel. I was experiencing considerable pain in my left hand. The shots gave me much needed relief. Her specialty is working toward non-surgical treatments. She did a great job.
