I called earlier today and managed to secure an appointment same day for my earwax removal. The process was super quick and everything was explained really clearly. I’ve suffered with ear issues and have a lot of trauma and scarring etc, so I was worried that it would be painful, but it was not at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
I had my test done today booked with Olivia and she was amazing in how she listened and took care of me with every process. Explained every step before she started noting the sensitivity and how everyone deals through these differently. Pure professionalism and transparency is what makes every patient safe and heard.
I took my parents in- laws came to the clinic for a hearing test. We were all impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the overall service. Would highly recommend.
