Found Nest Pro on Google as I was initially trying to repair a Nest Thermostat. Helpful advice given immediately via WhatsApp. Following their advice it became apparent that the Nest thermostat needed replacing so I decided to change system to Hive as I was more familiar with this app. I was advised if I bought a Hive system they could install it for me. What a nice man he is. Very professional and obviously knows his tech and very friendly. 100% recommendation from me
Highly recommend Mike for the tado thermostat installation and maintenance. He is easy to deal with, friendly, professional and handles things quick and without issues. He also kindly video chatted me when we changed internet to reconnect free of charge as I tried without success and it was urgent due to it getting cold and my twins being sick. Can't be more happy.
Mike is very knowledgeable and helpful. Installed my devices with ease and showed me and my wife on how to use the relevant apps. My go to guy if I have any issues with Google Home or near devices.

Mike installed a Nest Thermostat in our new house, and the process was smooth. From the hassle free queries and booking via WhatsApp, to the efficient install on the day.
We originally also requested a floodlight / camera too - Mike explained the options for the install clearly and we ultimately decided against it given the extent of the work involved and not wanting to do anything too drastic just yet.
However, if we do want it installed in the future (or any other smart home tech), we would gladly use Nest Pro London. Mike was incredibly friendly and professional to deal with throughout.
Mike is a truly expert and very helpful boiler and Nest Pro expert. He diagnosed and cured a mystery fault which had baffled everyone else. Highly recommended
