We’re sorry to see your review and would like to clarify a few important points, as we feel this review is misleading.
This order was placed through a decorator, Vanessa, and was delivered over a month ago, with no mention of any assembly or structural issues post-delivery, although your review states they broke on day one? Our recommended installer was not used, contrary to our suggestion, and we were not contacted prior to your review being posted. No images or further details have been provided to date, so NEST has not been given the opportunity to assist or rectify any issues before the review went live.
The gaps and headboard issues mentioned are due to the incorrect mattress sizes purchased by youself, which were not suitable for the beds. Following delivery, it was agreed by yourselves that the beds would remain, and the mattresses would be returned to the supplier from whom they were purchased.
To date, NEST has never received any complaints regarding this bed. It conforms to European safety and quality standards and is tested accordingly. Any issues with collapsing drawers or shelving would be caused by incorrect assembly. We also cannot vouch for the competence of any installer that we do not recommend.
All product dimensions are clearly stated on our website to ensure customers can make informed decisions. NEST takes customer satisfaction seriously, and we are happy to discuss this further and work with you to resolve any remaining issues.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the matter for others reading. The Most Bed is one of our best-selling products here in South Africa. It is sold worldwide, imported from France and tested to strict European safety and quality standards. We have sold many units without any similar issues reported. In your case, after reviewing your photos and consulting with our supplier’s technical team, it was determined that the concern was limited to the top section of the headboard and did not affect the bed’s safety or structural integrity.
While we did not believe this to be a manufacturing fault, we nonetheless have arranged to send you a replacement part from our own stock in South Africa to resolve the matter swiftly. The brief delay in communication was due to our supplier’s point of contact being out of the office, and we always aim to respond as quickly as possible once we have the necessary technical feedback.
