A few months ago in the winter months, there were several consecutive days and nights that were very cold. Our heater had gone gone out weeks earlier. But being that my house mate and I are disabled and on a fixed income. Though we were strapped for cash I called around thinking that someone would have either a low income or disability payment plan or price. I had called the more well known heating companies after all there website DID have information on a disbilty plan that they offered, That was not true. as a matter of fact they were going to charge me an extra $100.00 because the only openings they had were after hours. That was not including of their usual hourly fee of $200+ . Most places I had called were out to break people. After all the demand im sure was high . They definitely took advantage of this .
Right before i was going to give up I came across a small, family owned business. I called and explained out situation. The wonder lady on the other end of the phone, Who's name was Sandra, was very understanding and concerned about getting some heat in our home. She was willing to work with us. Furthermore, she put her trust in us. She trusted that we would pay at least week later, and that payment would be a check coming to them from out of state. There were very few questions asked no agreements/ IOU's to sign . Nothing just our word and her trust.
The following day a kind, upbeat and very professional young man came to our house and the heater was fixed in under an hour. he was expecting payment , but i explained t what Sandra and i had agreed on, He was fine with it, didnt make us feel anything but grateful and so happy to have heat. bThe cost was so reasonable. There were no hidden / suprise charges.
Nespolo is much like the companies of yesteryear. Compasionate, kind , flexible and over all Amazing !
if you are ever in need of heatiing and cooling i highly recoment Nespolo Mechanical = Heating and Cooling. If is very posssible that you will speak to Sandra. I'm sure that early into your communications she will make you too, feel like family.
We will be calling them for any of our heating and cooling needs.

Just as a it's FIXED note: We changed out the transformer (at my call) because the technician had something similar happen in his own home. A bad burning plastic smell throughout the house. NO MORE plastic smell! That did the trick. It was pretty low cost compared to the original people that came and tried to upsell me on a huge amount of stuff totaling thousands.

Installed a furnace without proper license from state and never
provided a green tag because they were not permitted. I have filed a claim with state licensing and have informed them but they seem not to care the owner will not return my calls

In a time when service is grudging and professionalism often hard to find, Nespolo was terrific. Sandra and Javier are peerless. After finding and fixing the problem with our minisplit, he then checked the entire system for leaks--which was not our issue. You can't do better than Nespolo. They are simply wonderful.

Last November's multiple mini split installation was on time and they responded quickly to City's inspection list. Service tech just performed maintenance and inspection.. All systems go...
