I love coming here !!! such a calming environment and Danielle and Jena are both fantastic to work with. They are very professional and knowledgeable about their specialties. I have been going to Danielle for facials for over a year and she has really helped transform my skin. I have gone to Jena for eyelash extensions which are super lux and so convenient!
I did a lash lift and tint with Danielle. She is professional and personable. She takes great care and time with the treatment and the result was fantastic. This was my second visit and I will go back. The place has a calm, relaxing vibe.

I had the best experience with Jena and can’t recommend her enough! She did a brow tint and lamination, a lash tint and lift, and a light therapy treatment for me, and I left feeling completely refreshed and put together. My brows and lashes have never looked better, and the light therapy gave my skin such a healthy glow. Throughout the whole appointment she explained what she was doing, made sure I was comfortable, and paid such close attention to detail.
What stood out most was how personalized everything felt. Jena took the time to look at my skin and recommend products that would actually work with my skin type, without ever making me feel pressured. It’s so clear she really cares about her clients and wants them to leave not only looking good but also feeling confident about their routines at home. Between her skill, knowledge, and warm personality, I felt completely taken care of the entire time. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. Jena has truly created a spa experience that feels both professional and welcoming.

I went to J’Tao for my first ever lash lift and it was truly such a wonderful experience. I left feeling so rejuvenated and my lashes look amazing!! Jena was so kind and cool from the very first interaction, she gave me some lovely spa water while I waited for my appointment. I ended up adding an LED treatment while my lashes were setting. She had super cool, vibey music playing, the whole atmosphere was so relaxing and chill. She did a sound bath too!! It was awesome! She was lovely to talk to as well, and extremely knowledgeable and professional, walking me through the whole process. She gave me some samples of products and wrote out a little skin regime for me for the rest of the week so I can look fresh before my wedding next week!! And the prices are incredibly reasonable for the amazing service she provides. So happy I discovered J’Tao and I will 100% be going back for all my beauty treatments in the future!!

Jena is amazing! She's been able to do different looks with the lashes that worked well with different events I've had. And her goal of perfection and making me look my best before leaving her each visit is always so nice of her to do. If you're lucky enough to get an appointment, be sure to get Jena to do glitter lashes!

I really wanted to love this place, it's really clean and cozy, well located, and the staff are all super nice!
I went in for a lash perm and unfortunately, its the worst one I've received (I've gone to a few salons in the city, my first time at this place).
To be fair, she recognized this and spent an additional 45 minutes trying to fix it, but the result was still the same: just a very minimal and uneven curl. I even met my friends afterwards and told them I got a lash lift and nobody could tell, which is a bummer because I've been growing my lashes out for a year and now they just look crumpled 🥹
I also want to say that my technician also offered me the chance to come in afterwards if I wanted to change anything, but I was going on a two week trip the next day and it didn't seem like there was anything that could be done.
I'm keeping the review at 5 stars because I do believe they offer good customer service and the vibe is really nice --just not happy with the result I paid for.
Danielle is amazing!! She really toon the time to make it amazing and the tint on my lashes came out great and she did the research on my specific situation and she’s super friendly.

Came here for a lash lift and had an amazing experience. Danielle was kind and listened to my concerns regarding my sensitive eyes, which had been an issue with previous lash lifts at other places. First time client. Cute, cozy space in a residential building.
After re-reading the description of the service for brow maintenance and tint, I realize that there was no discussion about "desired shape of [my] brows for [my] unique eye shape." I am not quite sure of what texturizing is, but I don't think it was done as well as the tint not being left on for a sufficient 15-20 minutes. There was no tweezing after the wax, and I am not sure if there was hyaluronic hydration + SPF afterwards.
I did request a lip wax if there was time, and maybe there was not time because we were rushed at the end because her next client arrived. I was handed the mirror whilst laying on my back without full lighting, so I did not realize how uneven my brows were until I was home.
They have IMAGE skincare, which I love. I was introduced to Farmhouse Fresh, and I love the Matcha Moisturizer that I purchased.
About to do one of my favorite, most enjoyable self care facials with Jena @ her spot, J'Tao Wellness & Beauty. From the moment you open her door, you are transported into a space to decompress...every step towards and through her door she has thoughtfully & specially curated to seamlessly encourage you to unwind. I was fortunate to recently receive a facial from Jena… seeing as how this was my first experience ever, I had no idea what to expect… from the deep cleansing to the steaming, the mask, the extractions, and the massage… I felt pampered like royalty for the time I was there! Oh and one surprise I wasn’t expecting was the use of an LED light treatment… bundle all of the above with the best relaxing downtempo music and A++ service… I will FOR SURE be a return client. 😉

I went into J’Tao for the first time to get an Acne Purifying Facial (80min) with Danielle Garcia. This included a red or blue light session, btw—I had blue light. The whole process was very comfortable and I actually saw a huge reduction in the pore size on my nose immediately afterward while I was still in the studio! Danielle had some recommendations of what to do in between sessions to help prepare the skin for any future sessions. Would definitely recommend and I plan to return.

Jena has been doing my lashes for almost a year. I love how they turn out and everyone always asks if they are natural. Highly recommend Jena if you are looking to do lash extensions. Also she has nice calming music in the background, which is perfect for your lash nap. 🥰
