We had our initial service done and our tech was friendly, professional, answered all of my questions and explained everything he was going to do. He was helpful and supportive with suggestions and will return the following week in order to check mouse traps and take care of anything else we need, at no additional charge. We are very happy with Neighborly Pest Management.

I'm happy with NEIGHBORLY PEST MANAGEMENT INC. they get the job done Josue is a very down to earth guy , that is always ready if we need help with any bug problems. Doug provided our initial visit in an extremely timely manner. Exterior service was completed and interior of garage where two very large black widows had been discovered. Clearly, peace of mind is one of the services they do well.

Awesome experience. We had a ton of ants come inside overnight. Doug came out and before he left he’d shown us 4 black widows and 3 wasp nests. He took care of all that plus set mosquito traps.

We have had pest service with Neighborly since they acquired BugMan - we were with BugMan for almost 10 years prior. The continued excellent service under this new company is why we stay. From the people in the office who answer the phones to our technician James, everyone is so professional and friendly! The text communication about our upcoming appts and in person on the day of service is always so thorough. And most importantly we don’t have bugs! I have a garden area and pets and having that discussion with James he has a specific plan for our house to ensure the safety of these areas. I feel very confident and happy with our service.
