We hired a 6 berth Zefiro 675 Roller Team Motorhome from Niche and the communication was great. We were sent a video which went around the motorhome in detail explaining how it all worked. On collection we also had a in detail show around and were happy and confident using the Motorhome. The Motorhome was in fabulous condition and we had an amazing holiday doing the NC500 in Scotland in comfort and style. Highly recommend and will be using you again. Thank you

I had a couple of queries before we picked the van up which Matt answered straight away, at pickup the van was clean, tidy and had everything we needed, even thoughtful touches like hot chocolate, jam and salt and pepper! The booking process was super easy, with everything clearly explained in terms of documents required etc. The video handover sent prior to collection was a great way to get early insight into the motorhome specifics. Matt was so welcoming and friendly when we arrived to collect and went through everything we need to know or what to do if any issues. We had a couple of minor issue's but Matt responded very quickly with help and advice. The motorhome had absolutely everything you could need including a nice little starter kit of tea, coffee, sauces, sugar etc. It was so spacious, clean and comfortable and even came with a little stowaway called Miles who joined us for our adventure, along with our dog. Nice and friendly people to deal with (this was our second motorhome rental) Easy, straightforward pickup and drop off processes.. even better now as you get a video to watch prior to collection. Vehicle was immaculate. Easy problem resolution too. Our vehicle wouldn’t start on 2 occasions. We phoned in and were back up and running in no time. We were advised this was due to a problem with the vehicle Tracker. Overall a good 9.5 out of 10.. a great experience and would highly recommend Niche Motorhome rental. We will be back. Bob & Jane.. We rented a motorhome for a week with the kids in 2024 but due to family bereavement's Rachel and her husband were kind enough to keep our deposit for when we were able to use it, so we booked for August 2025. Rachel was great! we were shown round the MH and how it worked, nothing was too much trouble. The MH was spotless, and looked brand new, it came with added extras Rachel had thought of before our stay to make things easier for us such as, toilet rolls, washing up liquid and bin bags which we really appreciated. She has a lot of love for her business ! She was also on hand to message with questions we had throughout the week via whatsApp. We would definitely hire again without a doubt and would recommend Niche to all our family and friends. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Everything was explained clearly when I collected the vehicle, and when I had a query during the hire, we had a video call to deal with my question. Will definitely use them again and I have no hesitation in giving a 10/10 review!

We rented a motorhome for a week in Devon and Niche are by far the best company we have used for motorhome hire. Very professional and organised and the a great service. The motorhome was kitted out nicely, it was spacious and clean. The booking process, collection and return was handled great and it went smoothly. I would highly recommend. I will be booking again for a bestival next year.

Superb, friendly service. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Niche Motorhomes. From the very start, Matt and Rachel were incredibly helpful and if we had any questions, they were quick to respond. The camper van itself was spotless inside and out, and it was a real pleasure to drive around Norfolk in such a well-maintained vehicle. Everything we needed was provided, and we couldn’t have asked for more. We’re already looking forward to our next trip and will definitely be booking with Niche Motorhomes again whenever we’re in the UK. Highly recommended!

The handover video was excellent and answered most questions we had prior to collecting the Motorhome. The handover was informative and after about 30 mins we were on our way! The Motorhome itself was spotless and looked liked we were the 1st people to hire it. So smooth and lovely to drive, it felt like I was driving in an armchair!
