Absolutely loved our stay here. The house is well equipped with everything needed and decorated to make all guests feel at home. The hosts checked in on us, offered recommendations, and were extremely responsive to all of our questions. The elevator for our daughter who uses a wheelchair was amazing. The open floor plan and accessibility for her throughout the unit was incredible. Being less than three blocks away from beach access, multiple parks close by for the kids… Two thumbs up - don’t miss this one!

I loved staying at this cottage. As soon as I walked in I felt right at home. Plenty of space and very clean. It was just as pictured in the description. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, yet just blocks to the beach and restaurants. The only thing I would mention for other guests, is to be aware of the nuts or whatever that drops from the trees you park under. It left my car a mess. Nothing that a car wash didn’t fix, but an fyi so others are aware. I would definitely stay here again.

Super responsive and GREAT location, only used the car once after we got there to get to food lion! Such a fun place and the perfect amount of privacy with still being close to everything. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again.

Everything was perfect!! The beach house was amazingly decorated not cluttered. It was super clean and just relaxing. It had the charm of a quintessential beach house with all the modern amenities I brought my dog who also loved it!! The back yard was huge for a beach place and plenary of room to run around in Also the hosts responded almost immediately when I texted them. I couldn’t have had a better experience

Our family of 3, which included our 8 year old son, had a great stay! It was super clean, an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the boardwalk. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked! Would highly recommend!

We always love staying at Michael and Jesslyn’s Cottage in Carolina Beach. This is our 3rd year renting one of them and we just can’t recommend more highly. As soon as you open the door you are in a luxury cozy cottage and immediately feel any stress leave your thoughts. The beds and linen are comfortable and you could sleep all day if not for the beach calling you. I especially love the bathroom and large soaking tub!! I highly recommend and look forward to our visit again next year ⛱️

I booked Michael & Jesslyn’s cottage last minute because of a problem with my original rental. I’m so glad that it worked out this way because the cottage was incredible! Hosts were super responsive, helpful, and kind. The cottage itself was beautiful and very clean. It’s a close walk to the beach and a lot of fun local restaurants and bars. I left my pillow and Jesslyn is even going to mail it to me. 10/10 would recommend and I can’t wait to visit again!

The AJ was a wonderful, quaint family cottage right beside the beach access. The location was also very convenient only being about one mile from shopping, restaurants, and the amusement park. We had a couple of maintenance hiccups which were quickly taken care. The Victory Beach staff were all super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our beach trip with our 2 year old and pup. We loved being able to walk to so much stuff! Coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream, and the beach were all very walkable. The house was so cute and clean. We loved the screened porch, deck and backyard. We used a beach wagon to get our toddler and gear to the beach and it’s an easy walk. I was concerned about the lack of a tub but my toddler loved getting bathed in the outdoor shower with the detachable shower head. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again.
