I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I scheduled a new patient cleaning appointment two months in advance and provided my insurance information at that time. At no point was I informed that my insurance was not accepted. To be told just two days before my appointment that you “just checked” and do not take my insurance is completely unacceptable.
As a military family, we relocate frequently and have been through multiple duty stations. In all of our experiences, dental offices have always verified insurance upfront and communicated clearly if there was an issue. This is the first time we have encountered such poor coordination and lack of accountability.
What is even more concerning is the way I was treated when I called to address this. The office manager was dismissive and rude, suggesting that it was my responsibility to know which providers accept my insurance. That is not how professional offices operate—especially when you had my insurance information
We are part of a large military community that depends on reliable and respectful healthcare services. It is extremely disheartening to see military families treated this way, particularly when many of us rely on providers to guide us through coverage during frequent relocations.
I will be sure to Inform all Reserve and Active duty segments at Nellis Air Force Base so that they are aware.
This experience reflects poorly not only on your office’s administrative practices but also on the level of respect shown to patients. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and that changes are made to ensure better communication and professionalism moving forward.
Dr. Naylor and especially Brittani were very nice and Gentle! The whole stuff was amazing!

I had a great experience at Naylor Family Dental. The office is clean, organized, and pleasant to visit. The front office and clinical staff are professional, cheerful and made the whole process smooth and easy. They replaced a crown in approximately 2.5 hours with precision, efficiency and no pain whatsoever. Dr. Naylor and crew are amazing! Highly recommend!

I like this dentist office. Amanda was very friendly and courteous. My hygienist Lindsey(?) was my angel sent from heaven. She was very conscious of my issues that I have with doing dentist procedures and was careful to my sure I was comfortable. I’ve been to 2 other dentist here in Vegas and I would not recommend anyone to go there. The moment I walked into Naylor dentistry I felt very comfortable with the vibes. I’m sure this will be my dentist here in Vegas for a ling time. My search is complete.

New patient at Naylor Family Dental, and the first visit exceeded my expectations! Office was immaculate, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr Naylor was kind and honest with recommendations for future treatments. First appointment was throughly done and I was seen within minutes of appointment time. It’s always so difficult finding a primary dentist, thankful that Dr Naylor and staff came highly recommended.
On a side note: my daughter needed emergency care, had not seen Dr Naylor prior as we were in the middle of transitioning over to him… and he took amazing care of her and resolved the issue. Very patient and accommodating as well. Thank you Dr Naylor and staff!
