Thank you for your feedback. In our 47 years in business, this was truly one of the most unusual and unpredictable pool builds we’ve ever experienced, and your review leaves out key documented facts that, out of professionalism, we will not disclose online.
We will, however, clarify that your review is not factual:
1. You have never previously left a Google review for Natural Springs, businesses CANNOT remove Google reviews.
2. We have been in business for over 47 years and stand behind all of our work. Your persistent belief that our building processes were “wrong” and/or not understanding what your purchased led you to alter our work and add items outside of your contract, something we strongly advised against. Our team repeatedly asked that you not perform your own construction work or use your own materials during the build. You chose to do so anyway, completing significant modifications outside of industry standards. Because of these homeowner-driven changes, we had you sign a Release of Responsibility.
The contract and color sheet clearly specified our scope of work. You wanted to alter the agreed-upon terms during construction and chose to perform these alterations yourself. After signing a release accepting responsibility for these changes and the consequences associated with them, including delays,the timeframe became one of those consequences. The delays on this project were directly caused by work performed outside our scope, which prevented our crews from progressing until your alterations were addressed.
We have all the emails, photos, videos, and signed forms to dispute your review.

Despite these challenges, we completed every portion of the project allowed under the release, and all work passed final inspection.

We understand construction can be stressful, but we cannot accept responsibility for issues created by homeowner-performed work.
This will be our final statement on the matter online.
