My gosh, I am constantly blown away by Natty Garden and there amazing selections of plants! During my visit, I met Nurain who is very kind and very much cares about plants as much as you do! Every time I visit, I feel like I always learn something new from her about our Photosynthesizing Friends 🪴💚 if you’re in the neighborhood, don’t shy from going to Natty Garden II! You won’t be disappointed !
Nurain was working when i visited the store. She was very quick to help and answer questions. Nurain was tending to the plants when i walked in and i can tell she is very passionate about plants. She was very friendly and we enjoyed showing each other images of our plants since i was the only one in the store.
I was really looking forward to visiting, but I walked there around 4:45p and the shop was completely closed up, even though their hours clearly say open until 7pm. Made a special trip for it in the freezing cold. I tried to call but the line was just busy... Why not just post your hours so that customers know if you're actually open??
I hate leaving bad reviews for small businesses, but that was a terrible experience. Will remove this review if given proper hours/an explanation. Still hoping to buy from them.
