Car overheated severely on Good Friday. NRMA looked at the car on Saturday. Recommended I visit Robbie at Nat Rad. Did so first thing Tuesday after Easter. Robbie fixed the car so we could continue to Sydney. Arrived home safe and sound.

I broke down 110ks out of Coffs Harbour. Got a NRMA tow to Kempsey. I was out of reception, stuck In Nymboida, my car got taken to Natrad in Kempsey. Robert the main man, kept me informed on what was happening, showed me just how bad my radiator was blocked, told me it wouldn't keep a Billy cart cool. Sorted everything, new hoses, genuine thermostat new radiator. Couldn't be happier being a out of town tourist and getting looked after like a local. Thanks heaps, didn't miss a beat on my trip back to Newcastle today. Legend!

I’m 22 travelling around Australia and I brought my T3 VW by when he was super busy and he took the time to help me THOROUGHLY. Bleed my radiator, brainstormed what could be causing issues with me and referred me to people in the area who could help where he couldn’t.

Robert was great! We were traveling by and had a problem with our engine overheating. Even though he was busy he helped us out, we ordered the part failing and we had our van ready to go back in the road the next day. Totally recommended

I had a problem with the cooling system in my van. I brought that to Rob and I explained him that I was on rush cause I had to get to Victoria for work. He diagnosed that the problem came from the radiator, so he ordered a new one and the day after, when it arrived, he changed that and I could drive again. He was very honest with the price, quickly and so much helpful. Highly recommended ! Thanks Rob !

Fantastic riendly service at avery reasonable price! Driving from Brisbane to Sydney and had radiator leak in my Landcruiser. Even though Robert was very busy and booked up for the day, he fitted my job in because I was Travelling. He not only did a great job fixing the radiator leak straight away but did it for a very good price. Thanks heaps for keeping me on the road with no delays!! Would highly recommend this business!!
