I wanted to transfer my scooty from Jodhpur to Ghaziabad. They told me that the scooty will be transferred within 4-5 days. They provided me with an invoice, told me to transfer full money which I did. I kept on taking update. After 10 days I got to know from the driver of different company that they intitiated the transfer just 2 days back that too through a third party company. I talked to the concerned person and they told me that scooty is with them and they will transfer after 2 days.
Highly unprofessional and awful service. Not recommended at all.

Don't go for this service ever. After searching from Google I had asked them for service. When they will receive call they will quote one price and when you ask them to come,after cancelling all other quotes,they will say driver is asking for more amount. Considering emergency and since rest all other options you had cancelled you will opt them. They will send you gps tracker informing it will reach you at this time. You can track it. When vehicle reaches you will see big truck like a container. Then real movie starts. Driver will start misbehaving and since you are under emergency and want to vacate your house you would listen and listen those irritating behaviour. Finally it will be loaded
Driver will say you can lock at your self and when it is delivered you can open. One would think in case there is requirement in midway due to some emergency to open then. So you trust that driver. Finally it will start journey. After 3hrs from your departure truck will halt. You would think may be driver is taking rest. And again after 6hrs you see same position. Then you will call driver. He will reply there is some repair type work. Again after 12 hr you would see same position. Same reply. Then finally after 2days truck start moving but ohho you have lost gps tracking. Driver will say there is some issue with gps otherwise we are on the way and will be reaching your destination day after tomorrow. Ok. You had reached destination as per driver's and packers commitment. You call ,they will say there is some issue with clutch and bla bla.. vehicle has stopped in jungle. We are on the job. You start worrying a bit. Again next day...same reply..again next day...they will not lift. You would think what now...you have to call these people again and again. And then all of sudden they will say sir we are sending other vehicle. After around 7 days the vehicle will come. And you would be surprised driver has changed and biggest surprise that large truck has gone,it was small chota hathi. The movers guy told me we are charging more because height of vehicle is more so more taxes has to be paid. But what you receive is small chota hathi!!! All you computer,tv ,fridge ,all valuables are arranged like some scrap. I had got fridge which has damaged in irreparable fashion. All those big shows and talks had gone at delivery. Very disappointed with this type of service. Being a busy service person who have a time to quarrel with these guys. Because you are relieved atleast my luggage came back. Genuinely this agency needs to please improve....you had lost all your trust. You take money for service before it is delivered,but you don't deliver what you promised.
