While it has helped a lot of people it was not for me. I was told 33 months and paid 36 and wasn't through the program. I shouldn't have been 33 months if there was no guarantee of when negotiations end with creditors.
After speaking with Alexa about the program, she corrected what she could and apologized for a bad experience. Thank you again Alexa.

I am not happy. I feel like I was taken advantage of and forced into something I did not want to do at that time. I was very stressed and I kept saying i cannot do this right now but he kept pushing me. I do not want to be in this program at this time.
