Rubbish prices, came in for a front left guard, quoted me $460, they are charging more than toyota themselves, on top of that they are disorganised and don’t communicate, cannot rely on them at all

I have done some investigation and found out that Cameron was the one who served you. Sorry to hear about the bad experience you've had with our Car Parts side. Cameron has been with us for just over a month and he is still learning. He did a price search for your part and selected the highest price we had sold around two years ago. Obviously, prices for parts change every year and he was not aware of that. Please call me on 0800 88 44 55 option 2 and ask for Jay. I will be able to help you find the right part at the right price. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we do not like unhappy customers. Once again, apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Jay has exceptional service. He is professional, communicates timely and effectively, and every step of the process was explained in detail. I have never sold a car before so it is good to know he is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you understand everything. Pickup was smooth from start to finish, we got a good deal from Jay compared to other places, and was quick to setup a driver to settle the transaction. Being in an accident is stressful enough and with Jay helping us every step of the way he has made our lives much easier. Payment was instant. We appreciate your help.
