Any nannies looking to register with an agency that listens to your requirements and gives you feedback throughout the process, then The Nanny Connection is the agency you want. I’ve been a nanny almost 30 years and know how sometimes as a nanny you feel unheard, but Allie has been outstanding and made me feel like a valued professional nanny. She interviewed me, did all the appropriate checks and put me forward for the roles that we both thought were suitable. I would highly recommend Allie. She recently helped us find a night/maternity nurse and was extremely helpful. I really valued her professionalism, responsiveness and expertise. In particular she provides a more personal service compared with some of the bigger agencies and you really feel she goes out of her way to find someone who will work well for you. I recommended her to friends who had experienced some bad luck with childcare; they also found her very helpful and she has transformed their childcare set up.

Had an amazing client experience with Allie! We were in a very time-limited situation and were looking for a nanny with a non-standard working hours and some other special requirements. Allie was able to provide exactly the profile we were looking for. There were no gaps in communication (only from my side, I admit :)), the level of tact and relevancy is really high. No time wasted + constant support and willingness to make the process as smooth and quick as possible. This is a very clear contrast with other agencies.

I have registered with The Nanny connection last year as a nanny and since then I follow Allie on social media and recently at a nanny conference. Allie is very friendly and helpful. She created my portfolio as I asked her to make it and it came to me as I imagined it! At the conference, she run a workshop about the perfect nanny job. All the information were to the point and she even gave us a booklet with possible questions or a nanny's questions, how to be prepared for the interview etc. I used the ideas of the booklet recently to an interview and it went pretty amazing! Also, I bought a bunch of online courses which are so useful in a very reasonable price. I highly recommend The Nanny connection and their services. Allie is fantastic!
