We’ve used Philadelphia Nanny Network for the past 18 months and it’s been a reliable and flexible fit for our busy schedules. In particular, we’ve had a wonderful experience with Grace L (or “Ms Gracie,” as our daughter calls her). She is warm, dependable, creative, and has built a bond with our 2 year old daughter. Grace has a calm, easygoing energy and always keeps our daughter engaged with a variety of activities and art projects. We’ve always felt completely confident in her care and would absolutely recommend her to any family looking for a responsible, caring, and genuinely engaging caregiver.

We’ve booked Tziah through Philadelphia Nanny Network twice now and she’s been wonderful with our 8-month-old son. He’s recently started going through some separation anxiety and initially has a little stranger danger, but Tziah is so patient and calm that he settles in with her very quickly. She really meets children where they are and pays attention to what helps them feel comfortable — for example, she learned that singing to our son helps keep him calm and engaged. She’s also always timely, professional, and easy to work with. We’ve had a great experience and would absolutely book her again.

Absolutely loved the sitter sourcing experience - thorough yet seamless - and our assigned sitter, Amanda R. Amanda was confident, prompt, kind, and exactly who you would dream of taking care of your infant. She watched our 5 month old with ease and even got her to nap for 2 hours, despite being a stranger. We reached out and received our assigned sitter the day before so I was a bit anxious before Amanda showed up. However, I was immediately put at ease upon meeting Amanda and seeing how she immediately and calmly interacted with my daughter.

We had Taylor come for backup care. She was so wonderful with my 4 year old and 2.5 year old that they asked her to stay for a slumber party! She was quick to reach out about schedules and any special needs, she was on time, communicative throughout the day, and totally self-sufficient. She was wonderful with my kids and we’d be thrilled to have her back!

Vernell is an absolutely amazing nanny, and we feel so lucky to have her caring for our 11-month-old son. Thanks to her, he now has a much better nap routine, and he’s even comfortable sitting in a stroller—something he used to strongly resist. She also helped create his very first artwork, which means so much to our family. It’s truly beautiful and something we’ll always treasure. Any family who has the opportunity to work with Vernell will have an incredible experience. She brings so much care, patience, and creativity, and she makes a meaningful difference in a child’s life.

We had Larissa Williams watch our 11 month old and she is amazing. our daugther was teething and had a fever, and Larissa just held her and kept her calm through the fussiness. at one point our daughter threw up, and Larissa helped get her cleanup and helped me change sheets and get everything sorted. that meant so much!

I had an entire week of back up care using PNN. I had a great experience with every nanny. Patrina was extremely engaging of my daughter, pleasant, and very attentive in meeting my needs. Tammy came with toys and crafts to design her day, and was happy to pivot to meet needs as well. Cassie was timely, kind, and understanding - she went above and beyond in her patience for my little one. Lastly, Deone was joy to have on my home. She expressed her heart as a caregiver and felt like extended family. PNN gave me an awesome line up to get me through spring break. Thank you!
