Right now, with everything being so expensive and unpredictable, cost is always on everyone’s mind—especially when it comes to big purchases. When you’re investing in something as important as a new air conditioning system, and it’s not something you know much about, you really have to trust the people you’re working with. That kind of trust isn’t always easy to come by, but I found it here.
This is actually the second time I’ve dealt with this company. The first time was when my old A/C broke down—the one that would eventually need to be replaced. That first interaction is when I really started trusting them. They didn’t try to upsell me or push me into something I didn’t need. They just helped me get through the situation, and that meant a lot.
So when it came time for a full replacement, I felt a lot more at ease making such a large purchase. They made the entire process simple and stress-free. From the time my A/C officially went out to the time the new system was installed and running was just a little over 24 hours. (To be fair, this was in March, so turnaround times may vary depending on how busy they are.)
The install team—Mario, Daniel, and Jesus—were wonderful. They were professional, respectful, and worked efficiently. I appreciated how clearly they explained everything and how carefully they worked in my home. Rainier, the job supervisor, was actually one of the main reasons I chose to go with this company—his honesty, communication, and overall professionalism during our earlier conversations gave me the confidence to move forward with such a big purchase. It was clear from start to finish that this team truly cares about doing the job right. Kim, Install Coordinator, was great! She made scheduling a breeze.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company. They’ve earned my trust twice now, and I’d recommend them to anyone who’s facing the same stressful situation I was.

Adam was very professional and friendly and quickly performed the maintenance on the AC, informed me of the surge protector, which I purchased for my protection, definitely a company you will feel well taken care of, highly recommend

My heat/air handler quit working during the recent heatwave. I called five companies for quotes. Super Service Cooling was the company i chose because of their price, warranty, and reviews. Their team was outstanding…Ranier, Edgar, Luis, Michael, Amy, Davari, and Kim. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They worked as a team. Answered all my questions and got back to me almost immediately.

Lorenzo was an excellent HVAC technician—friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to draw a detailed diagram to help me fully understand the system, which I really appreciated. Without me even asking, he went the extra step of calling his manager and securing a discount on the service. That level of initiative and customer care stands out. I would absolutely work with him again.
Luis was awesome! He notified me when he was 30 mins out and arrived early! He did a great job explaining the services I need. I've had their service membership for a couple years and it pays for itself. I don't have to remember to call and schedule tune up or filter changes. They call me! Which shows they actually care about their customers and not just money!!!
Replaced two full units, furnaces and condensers, in February with Super Service Cooling and had a great experience overall. Two months later, the system has run both heat and cool and it's been working flawlessly.
Started off with Ranier who suggested a couple of new returns for the rooms above the garage which run cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Installers did a great job and they look like they've always been there. So far, they've been working great to circulate the air in these problematic rooms.
Noel, David, Angel, Gio, Kyle and Karl was the team for install. They arrived early and finished the job in the one day. They were respectful of our home and communicative since we left the house for much of the install.
This is a professional team and company and I do feel like they care about their customers. They are trustworthy. Overall, competitive and fair price for quality equipment and installation.
Update: had my included yearly AC tune up and Lorenzo did a great job. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Excellent experience.

These guys are great! They do great work every time they have been to my house. I never have any issues. They are fast & reliable. I would highly recommend Super Service Cooling & Heating! Luis came to my house today for an AC tune up and he did outstanding work!

Jermey M came out on time. He was Very courteous, well mannered well spoken. He went over everything that he did. He even went in the attic and checked to make sure all my duct pipes were sealed. He went over how long the duck work last in Las Vegas. I highly recommend Jermey M and super service cooling and heating for all your needs.
