Amazing company and really appreciate time spent getting just the right static for our family. We've had it now just under a year and are still really happy with it. If your looking to buy there is no better place. The high standards and warm feel from all staff and time spent looking for the right one hassle free also was able to tint windows on site before delivery helping with ticking of jobs before the day. I can't recommend them enough and also the guys hes uses to transport and move into place go above and beyond and knew how to do it hassle free. Was also able to hit are very tight time frame along with paint roof and checking over the static and getting gas safe sign off. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to buy Amazing knowledge and experience. There's not meny companies left that really value customers. Wish you all the best for the future

Steve has been fantastic. Got me best price possible. [We always want more!]. He was realistic and FAIR!. Haven was a right pain in the rear in the process but he always stayed calm and reassuring. Money is there so quick its unreal. Great easy guy to deal with with no ball! 👍

Well we had a Very good experience using My Static Caravans Ltd We dealt with a guy called Steve. I know we lost money on the Van But it was better to get a fair price from the trader who also bought the decking He took all the hassle away from us and we never got tied into next years site Fees. Not once did we feel like we were being ripped off . He was also available at any time to answer any questions we had . My daughter recently bought a lovely static caravan from this dealership. They were by far and above the best selection of caravans available in Somerset that we had seen. All were presented in a ready to go condition and with a very reasonable price. Communication was excellent and very professional and pleasant people to deal with. They even stored the caravan for an extended time as the pitch for her new home was not quite ready. 100% recommend this company

Really pleased I found these guys. I found the service of their company the best out of all the dealerships in Somerset i visited. No pushy sales. Family business and didn’t feel super corporate. Tidy vans with reasonable prices. They very kindly held my van for 2 months whilst my pitch on the other end was being put down. Their communication was outstanding and were always able to chat during their opening hours. One of there staff walis was the one who showed me around and he had just the right balance of professionalism and approachability to find the right van and was super helpful. Would highly recommend

Just sold my caravan at Haven , Burnham. Had to sell as urgent medical issues. Needing operation . So no longer viable for me as holiday home. Very good communication. Very prompt service. Agreed price. Removed personal belongings and signed deal. Deposit paid in 24 hours. Full payment within days. Only paperwork to Haven to end site pitch and pull off fee. Steve provides a fair price and excellent service. Thanks for making a difficult end to my holiday home easy. I have lost my sight and awaiting an operation so was very happy with this company
