Nick was a blessing to work with today! He addressed my printing issue, repaired it and had me printing again. He also helped trouble shoot another issue I was having and gave me the solution I needed to resolve it. The entire TST team is thoughtful and easy to work with. We switched to TST in January of this year and have found them to be above and beyond our expectations. The transition between our old IT group to them went extremely smoothly, even when our old IT group said it couldn't be done that quickly. I anticipated a major headache with a switch like this and they made it painless (for me). Any bumps they ran into during the switch, they worked well into the evening to have remedied so there was no downtime or inconveniences to our staff. They've helped us strengthen our security measures and took a lot of triaging of issues off my plate. I love that I can quickly send people over to them with the TST express installed on all our devices and everyone that I've worked with has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
I held off making a switch because it felt so daunting and honestly, I wish I had made the switch months before we did. There's a reason they're able to have over 90 reviews with all 5 stars. IT is usually a pain point for businesses but it isn't with them! Organized, professional and responsive.
