At My Sister & I, we aim to provide clear, friendly, and helpful communication across all platforms — whether via phone, WhatsApp, or email. We understand that sticker sizing and pricing can be difficult to visualise without context, which is why Elle (our team member) did his best to explain the size (3 x 0.7 cm) and the quote (R49.99 for the full set of 37 names) based on the list of names you provided. This size was calculated using the longest name, as discussed during your initial phone call.

During that call, Elle explained that the final size and price would be determined by the longest name on the list, since you mentioned you wanted the stickers to be as small as possible but still readable. That’s why Elle requested the full name list via WhatsApp, and followed up with the minimum possible size and quote once he had reviewed the names.

We regret that our communication came across as rude to you — that was never our intention. Our responses were meant to be factual and helpful, and the note about sticker size being small was purely to manage expectations before purchase.
