I had a great moving experience and couldn’t be happier with the service. Camilo and Dario did an amazing job from start to finish. They were professional, courteous, and worked hard throughout the entire move.
Even though the move went over the scheduled time, they were very understanding and continued to help without any issues. They handled everything with care, stayed positive, and made what could have been a stressful day much easier.

I had a great experience with MyProMover and would highly recommend them. This was definitely not a simple move. I needed a large headboard moved into an upper-level condo, but it could not fit through the normal path. Their team had to use a crane to lift it up to the rooftop level, then bring it through the top-floor stairwell and carefully move it into the bedroom. They also had to temporarily remove and reinstall part of the stair railing to make the route work.
The entire six-person crew was professional, efficient, and very respectful of my home. They protected the headboard extremely well, covered the walls and floors with cardboard and blankets where needed, and cleaned up everything before leaving. The whole process was handled carefully and went much more smoothly than I expected.
I also want to specifically mention Tony and Yernar. Tony was the main point of contact on site and did a great job coordinating the crew and communicating with me throughout the move. Yernar was very detail-oriented, especially when removing and reinstalling the stair railing. When the job was finished, the railing looked exactly as it had before, as if it had never been taken apart. It’s not easy to find workers these days who are that careful and respectful of a customer’s property, and I really appreciated the extra attention to detail, and helped make sure the setup and lifting process were done safely and properly.
Overall, I’m very happy with the result and really appreciate the care the team put into this project.

Camilo and Carlos M. did an excellent job! They worked quickly while remaining careful with all our belongings. The final price, in fact, came through in less time than the estimate! Both were incredibly friendly and professional throughout the process. Their friendly approach, hard work, and efficiency truly stood out. I highly recommend their services!

This is our 5th time to have my pro movers teams throughout the years. They never disappoint us but help us down to earth with their passion and heart. We asked for several furniture to move to our house from another house but ended up asking more household goods to move. They did everything for us with smiles on their face until almost midnight!!! I can’t recommend My Pro Movers enough! Adrian, Alejandro, and Gabriel were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They completed my entire move in just 2½ hours, and the level of professionalism, efficiency, and care they showed throughout the process was impressive.
They helped load and unload everything, including multiple beds, couches, boxes, and a variety of miscellaneous items, handling every piece with care as if it were their own. They worked quickly without ever making me feel like they were rushing, and they stayed organized the entire time.
What really stood out was how understanding and accommodating they were when I had a few last-minute changes to the moving plan. Instead of getting frustrated, they adapted immediately with positive attitudes and made the entire experience stress-free. They were friendly, respectful, and communicated well throughout the move, which made a hectic day so much easier.
