I used my pet farewell recently following the loss of my cat. The team were very helpful and sympathetic when speaking on the phone, they managed to price match for me too which was great. The chap who collected my pet was respectful, treating her with dignity and care. Return of ashes was also within the specified time frame with tracking provided and the paw print memory is of exceptional quality. I would 100% reccomend My Pet Farewell to anyone.

The team were professional, courteous and empathetic when I lost my boy. They were with me within 2 hours even thought it was a Saturday night. His ashes returned to me within a week. Ordering was easy, communication was great. Can't fault this team. Hopefully you don't have to use them a lot, but when that time in your pet's life comes, My Pet Farewell are your go to people.
