Don’t even try it. I was professional UNTIL your trash staff got aggressive and completely indignant. I recorded the calls and will INTENT TO take things further. Help or no help YOUR OFFICE STAFF HAD NOOOOO RIGHT TO TREAT ME LIKE THAT. You DEFENDING that behavior lets me further know where it comes from. Don’t send me a passive aggressive responds. YOU & YOUR STAFF have no class or customer service.For you to “know of my situation” yet you never stepped in or tried to give direction to help is pathetic. But you can reply to a “REVIEW” WITH YOUR BS responds. Keep it and shove it. AS THAT TACKY OFFICE MANAGER SAID …. “IM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU EITHER”. I said what I said don’t say a word to me u less it’s WE APOLOGIZE FOR OUR LOW CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not a backwards apology being sorry for HOW I FELT!!! I’m a grown woman I don’t need you to feel sorry for ME….. feel sorry for the next individual that shows YOU WHAT IT REALLY IS! Shutup and I mean don’t say a word back to me. My reviews are valid and my experiences with your little staff had nothing to do with it being a “ fit” it had to do with their attitudes and YOURS. Don’t try to gas light me with that nonsense.
