Sylvia contacted me after my initial intake with AZ Prestige Realty, we went over my situation and what I could afford. Relocating from another state, I talked to Michelle back in September she explained her work. I still took it upon myself to search for properties and drive back and forth week after week just to get denied .I called Michelle at 11pm at night with orientation being the next day new job starting in just 5 days. I asked for the link again which is very inexpensive compared to application and administrative fees .once she received and reviewed credit she immediately found me a place that I be and feel comfortable in! I went with the classic choice, and it was perfect. Michelle is truly an angel in disguise—honest, caring, and committed to getting you approved. All you have to do is submit your application for her to view your credit and she not only guides you the rest of the way but she is the one that finds the places that will accept you
! My Credit score was low excessive past collections but there is and was a place that would accept me for who you I am and not for what has been! With max one month security deposit the apartment was mine!

I had an incredible experience working with Chris . His market knowledge and quick responsiveness made my Apartment finding fast.in Scottsdale. I was completely stress-free. iI had bad credit and a criminal past but chris was able to find me a place within 48hours. I was hesitant on being approved but he told me i would. I couldn't believe when the Apartment called me for a move in date. Thank you Chris you are Awesome he gave me hope when i felt like it wasnt going to be possible to get approved. Chris is amazing answering all my questions and he really wanted to find me a place that I wanted. If u are having trouble finding a place call Chris with Prestige Reality and he will find you a place that will approve you and that you will want to live there too. I tried long and hard to do my own apartment hunting. Came close a couple of times, but something always happened to derail things. After a few weeks, I got worried, then panicky.
