Spring Break in Zermatt! We had an incredible family trip skiing in Zermatt! The hotel’s location was perfect—right in the heart of town and within easy walking distance to both ski lift stations. Everything was conveniently accessible, which made the experience even better. The hotel itself was fantastic, with a wonderful spa and an exceptionally friendly, attentive staff who made us feel right at home. A special shoutout to our ski instructor, Lucas (“Coco”), who made every lesson fun, safe, and enjoyable for the whole family. Also, a big thank you to our trip coordinator, Philippe, for putting together such a seamless and memorable experience. He really took care of everything for us! This was truly one of our best trips, and we would absolutely return to Zermatt—and book again with My Mountains!

Fantastic Wine Tasting and Tour of Lucerne I did the Lucerne Private Wine Tasting & Walking Tour with my family. Walter was our guide! It was phenomenal, I really grew to appreciate not just Lucerne, but also the broader history of Switzerland. Walter was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, giving us plenty of recommendations for after the tour and answering many many of the questions we had not just about the history of Switzerland, but also a broad swath of facts about modern Switzerland, too. Additionally, the wine tasting was great as well, I didn't realize how lucky we were to have the opportunity until Walter explained that the vast majority of Swiss wine is consumed within the country, truly a gem of an experience.

Powder Adventures at Titlis- Engelberg Andrea took myself and my 16 year old son on an Engelberg off-piste ski adventure for a day of skiing. It was extremely difficult skiing conditons due to a high avalanche rating and cloudy slopes. Our safety was his number one concern and fun number two. He provided a full day of guided skiing in a safe but fun and adventurous way. We explored some low angle slopes and some hidden areas within the Titlis ski area and knew how to make the most of our time on the mountain. We started at 9am and finished just after the mountain had closed for lift operations. We were all exhausted but so fulfilled from our day long powder searching! I have never skied so much untracked powder in a single day. He kept finding local hidden stashes that were untracked even late in the day. I highly recommend MyMountai s and Andrea for adventure seekers looking to maximize their day sking in the Alps.

Awesome We just completed a four day ski trip to Davos, and although we are all avid, experienced skiers, we wanted someone who could provide true local guidance and insight into the mountain. We were very fortunate to be referred to Andrea. Andrea was extremely professional and brought a vast knowledge of the area. From the best terrain and conditions to navigating the mountain efficiently, his expertise made our trip seamless and far more enjoyable. Our original intent was simply to have a guide, not coaching. However, as we got to know Andrea over the three days, he asked if we would be open to some individualized ski tips based on our abilities. We all opted in and it was the best decision we made on the trip. Andrea provided outstanding technical feedback that immediately improved our skiing. His instruction was clear, practical, and tailored to each of us. He is not only an excellent skier but also a gifted instructor who knows how to communicate effectively. We are all better skiers because of our time with Andrea. We are already planning our next trip with him and are currently organizing a larger group experience that will absolutely include Andrea. If you are looking for a ski guide who is truly best in class, Andrea is the one.

Scenic tour on the outskirts of Lucerne My parents and I had a wonderful time on this tour. Our guide, Monika, was prompt, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun. She gave us options along the way and it never felt like we were rushing or being paraded around. We got some wonderful goodies, were able to meet animals and farmers, and enjoyed the magnificent scenery above Lucerne. As a precaution this tour is more on the 'hike' side of things. Monika was very understanding of my parents ability to go up and down mountains quickly and be one slippery terrain. She was prepared with walking sticks and shoe spikes, so none of the walk was very difficult, but do be prepared for 3-4 hours outside and on paths with hills.

Our day was magical. Our tour guide Monika was truly the best tour guide we could have hoped for. She was so friendly, warm and helpful. She did everything in her power to give us the most wonderful day. She was so informative. She could answer every question about the mountains in the area, including the history, the geology as well as telling us folklore stories relevant to each location. She also intuitively gave us space to enjoy the silence when we wanted to be contemplative. We felt very safe as she knew the mountain so well and we could relax in her confidence. As it was foggy and the snow was thick we were really grateful we had chosen to go with a guide. We loved soaking in the warm healing waters. The restaurant we visited was amazing. It was the perfect day, despite having limited visibility. We came back feeling like we had everything we hoped for. -A brilliant experience.

Wonderful Switzerland Train Tour and Swiss Christmas Markets This review is for the Switzerland Christmas Market Rail Tour- 9 days with Departure Dec 4 2025, with 12 guests. Our Tour Guide was Gabriella.Trip Details: This tour included excellent accommodations in Lucerne, Montreux, Zermatt and Zurich with additional trips to Bern, Basel, Interlaken and Konstanz. Transportation was by First Class rail using a rail pass. Our tour guide took care of the group rail pass directing us to the right train, platform and rail car. Festive Christmas Markets were experienced in all these cities with shopping time also tasting seasonal foods and drinks. Gluhwein is always welcome on cold days. Some group evening dinners were at restaurants to offer a wonderful local flare of the area including a fondue dinner on a Lake Lucerne cruise.Our group was very convivial and the tour was expertly guided by Gabriella who had great knowledge of the cities visited and using the train system. The unforgettable day in the mountains from Zermatt using the Gornergrat and several gondolas was a great experience and we even made it into Italy for lunchLuggage was transferred from hotel to hotel, so no luggage handling on and off the trainsThis tour is highly recommended for travelers of all ages who are able to walk moderate distances
