I honestly cannot recommend My Marquee after my experience.
I first contacted them around two weeks before my event to book a marquee. I specifically asked if that was enough notice, and I was told it was absolutely fine. From that point on, I repeatedly messaged asking to pay my deposit and secure the booking, but I kept getting delayed responses and excuses.
We arranged on several occasions for them to come and measure the garden, but each time they failed to turn up. Instead, I was eventually told to just FaceTime them so they could look at the garden remotely, which I did to try and help move things along.
Then, with only four days left before my event, I was suddenly told that I had contacted them "too late" and that they had double-booked themselves. This made absolutely no sense when I had been trying to secure the booking for two weeks and had been chasing them to take my deposit. If they had taken the booking properly in the first place, this situation would never have happened.
To make matters worse, rather than taking responsibility, they simply sent me the phone numbers of a few random marquee companies and left me to sort everything out myself at the last minute. Anyone who has organised a large event knows how stressful it is trying to find another marquee supplier with only a few days' notice.
The lack of communication, poor organisation, broken promises and complete disregard for a customer's event was extremely disappointing. If they were fully booked, they should have been honest from the beginning instead of stringing me along for two weeks.
Thankfully I managed to find another supplier, but the unnecessary stress this company caused could have easily been avoided.
I wouldn't trust them with an important event, and based on my experience, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

We’d like to clarify majority of our bookings are secured 6 - 12 months in advance. While we do occasionally accept last minute enquiries, we only do so if we can deliver without compromising the commitments we’ve made to existing clients.

I hired My Marquee for their 360 Photo Booth for my daughter's 10th birthday, and I couldn't recommend them enough! They arrived on time, had everything set up quickly, and explained how everything worked clearly.
They were so friendly and professional, making sure everyone had a great time and that we got the most out of our booked time slot. The 360 booth was a huge hit with the children, creating lots of fun memories.

We hired My Marquee Express for our wedding week and were really pleased with the service from start to finish. The team at My Marquee Express are a lovely group of people and were a pleasure to deal with throughout.
The marquee was set up quickly and professionally with no problems at all. It was there for the whole wedding week and was used by family and friends every day. It gave everyone a great place to sit, relax and spend time together before the wedding and after the big day as well.
When it was time to take everything down, the team had it all sorted in no time and again there were no issues whatsoever. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.

Beautiful marquee set up in my home for my wedding week! The marquee is perfect, the carpets, lights, chairs and lining. Such a great team that set my marquee up well in advance of my events giving me extra time to set up the decor. My partner recently hired a marquee from these brothers, I have to say what an amazing service they provided in Northampton. The brothers are amazing and exceeded our expectations. The marquee they provided isn’t no cheap marquee, it was beautiful and very good quality.

Hired My Marquee for my sister pre engagement party. The service was absolutely amazing, polite and very friendly people. Have made the tent very good, big and extremely organised. Where do I start ?! Everything from start to finish was just great ! I reached out to my marquee initially wanting a smaller marquee and they sorted me a decent price. Then I wanted a bigger marquee and so glad I went with this because it was absolutely STUNNING ! Not only did give me a decent price, they did a 5 star job!! The marquee was beautiful , and draped beautifully inside and they added lights which was the cherry on the cake!
The customer service was incredible. They communicated well with me throughout the process , from booking to setup to takedown. And they are really NICE people , very kind and respectful ( this is a very honest review from a paying customer that found them on TikTok ). They are professionals. Unfortunately I haven’t got pictures yet but it looked so professional and the cream carpets added to the elegance of the whole setup!
