⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing experience. I brought in my wool suit with a pasta sauce stain and specifically pointed it out before leaving it. I asked the clerk if removing it would be an issue and was assured it wouldn’t be. When I picked up the suit, the stain was still clearly visible. I brought it back, and they agreed to clean it a second time. After the second cleaning, they returned my suit without any communication or explanation, and the stain is STILL visible. I specifically chose a professional cleaner because I wanted this handled properly. After two attempts and being assured the stain wouldn’t be a problem, I now have to take my suit elsewhere to see if it can still be safely removed. Very poor results and communication. I would not trust them with stain removal on an expensive suit again.

Hi Luis, thank you for bringing your items to us. For the suit, we did text you to let you know the pasta sauce stain hadn't fully released. Tomato-based stains on wool can set into the fibers, and going further would have risked damaging the fabric, so we stopped to protect your suit. Your order included several other garments, and all of them were cleaned and returned without any issues so we stand behind the quality of our cleaning. OMG! Nothing but absolute greatness! I have an event on Saturday and my dress came in Two days ago (Tuesday evening) And I called Luxe Yesterday (Wednesday) Because I need alterations under my arm to my hip. I dropped it off yesterday at 3:30 PM and I’m picking it up today (Thursday) At 5:30 PM! 😳 A 24hr turn around is incredible and it was done perfectly. Will definitely be back soon as I have a few more things needing alterations. I highly recommend!

What can I say, was greeted with a smile and energy when I came thru the door. I needed some pants trimmed next day. They not only was able to get them done but she said she can get it done same day. I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of luxe cleaners and recommend them to anyone needing a quick turnaround or just professional service. got formal wear altered here and it was incredibly reasonably priced and done well. everything was very professional. the changing rooms were clean and a giant mirror was present to see the outfit as it was altered which made the experience feel pleasant. the turnaround time was quick - one week. when i received the clothes, my dress and my partner’s suit was altered perfectly. i will be returning in the future. the service was also impeccable, no notes.
