We wanted to sell our home quickly as we needed to move and didn't want the hassle and expense of renovating, viewings etc with busy lifestyles and large pets. We also wanted to be in a position to move quickly once the right property came up for us, without being at the mercy of having to sell ours first on the open market. David found us a buyer quickly, we got a fair price for the property and the whole experience was hassle free and done and dusted in a matter of weeks. We'd tried a few other routes through various organisations but hadn't managed to get a price we were happy with to enable us to move on. Communication was great and we have no complaints. Would recommend.
