Excellent Service from Alex , Marielle and the team, very quickly overcame the obvious language barriers and our lack of knowledge of the Spanish system in words that a layman could understand. Managed the process swiftly and efficiently including things like disposal of cars , furniture, closure of utility bills and transfer of funds upon completion. I won't be selling another property in Spain but would recommend others to use them without hesitation

Purchase, Wills and lastly NLV We have used MLIS for our property purchase approx 8 years ago along with our wills. We returned to use them again for our NLV and I have to say that Barbara and the team at MLIS have been superb, it is a long process but they guide your through everything. We received our Visas and will be relocating on the 3rd November. Can’t praise the service enough.

We have found My Lawyer in Spain to be excellent. A very responsive firm, everything is in English and Spanish. We always felt in complete control of our holiday home purchase. 100% DO NOT recommend. My experience with Lidia was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Her response time was often around three weeks, with little to no proactive communication or meaningful updates throughout the process. When she did respond, I found her communication to be dismissive and unprofessional. Before payment, the communication was friendly and responsive. However, after payment, I felt that the focus shifted toward selling additional services. When I declined those services, the level of communication and responsiveness deteriorated significantly. I repeatedly had to chase for basic updates and responses, which made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. At times, the tone of the communication made me feel as though I was asking for a favor rather than receiving a professional service that I had already paid for. Overall, this was one of the most frustrating professional service experiences I’ve had. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Lidia or this service.
