I’m a pretty anxious person, going to the dentist really freaks me out. I had some pain in my jaw and Dr. Felt was so empathetic and informative. Honestly the kindest medical professional I’ve ever interacted with. I think he might have single-handily helped me with my dentist phobia! Thank you Dr. Felt! Also his staff are very nice too! I’d recommend them to anyone!
Doctor Felt is a great guy and an awesome dentist and his staff are friendly and very efficient. He was able to help me out with a bad abscess in an emergency situation. The numbing shots were the least painful I have ever had at a dentist. Truly the best experience I have ever had at a dental appointment.
I had a food-trapping problem between my teeth that used to bother me every time I ate. Dr. Felt fixed it with just a simple filling — and now even shredded meat doesn’t get stuck anymore! It only cost $140, which saved me a lot compared to what my previous dentist would have charged for a crown. Super effective, honest, and professional care. Highly recommended!
Dr. Felt is the most genuine and caring dentist I have ever seen. I started going to Eric when his office was on 2nd South and 10th East. Over the years, Dr. Felt has done all of my cleanings, fillings, and root canals. I have extremely sensitive teeth, and he has never once caused the toe curling pain that previous hygienists and other dentists have. He doesn't recommend unnecessary treatments. He takes his time, respects your time, and truly listens, it doesn't matter how silly or ridiculous you feel your problem is (weather tooth for me) he discusses your solutions and ailments in an honest and down-to-earth manner. I bring my family here because I trust him and have been so grateful for him for about 15 years now.
Further... I moved to Wyoming and am still traveling to Salt Lake for all of our family dentist needs. Dr. Felt and his team are the best. You can't go wrong.
Dr. Eric Felt is the best! I don’t even need to hear from others about their great experiences they may have at other places because his place is the best. I know it. His goal is to please his customers as they become part of his “family”. I dread the day he will retire but he is ensuring me he is going to be around for a little longer. Thanks Dr. Felt.
I started coming to Dr.Felt in 2010 because a coworker recommended me at the time. At first, I was very scared to come to Dr. felt because the two dentist that I seen before him would not believe me that I couldn’t get numb easily and was in pain.
So I was terrified but Doctor Felt has a very calm, kind demeanor He also talks to you And listens to your concerns and how your feeling also he is a pretty funny guy and always helps me Calm my nerves.
Over the years Doctor Felt has never shown me anything but true kindness.
Him and his Incredible receptionist Erin Go above and beyond to help their patients. I called two weeks ago and I was in a lot of pain. Erin got me in right alway also I had to come back today I got a crown put on and a cavity filled and needed a mouthguard. I knew With the extra time It took my mouth to get numb he wouldn’t have time to make an mouthguard until Monday but what did Dr. felt do he stayed late And took the time to make me a mouthguard and text me to come pick it up to help me so I wouldn’t be in pain over the weekend.
It’s kindness like this that makes you really you know him and his staff really care. I know it’s weird to say, but the truth is I love my dentist and all of his staff they all make me feel like family 🤗

We've moved since we first started with Dr Felt, none-the-less, we now drive across town to see him! His focus is your dental health, not his paycheck! He is open, discusses options for any dental procedures, and helps patients adopt a healthy approach to dental care. We are patients for life!

Dr. Felt's team had a very different demeanor towards me than the white patients around me from the front desk to the chair. I should have taken the hint! Had a filling done and it was shaped improperly so I had to come back due to sensitivity and even still did not fix it. While in his chair he explained how dire I needed a cleaning loud enough the the patients and employees around me could hear. He asked me where I was from and then continued to make several comments about my ethnicity throughout the appt. that made me uncomfortable.

One of the things that I really like about being a dentist is that everyone has teeth and we all need them to be taken care of. That means I get to work with people from all walks of life and from all over the world! Do not have any procedures done here. Two oral surgeries in one day and sent home without pain medication. Contacted the emergency line two days later still in 10/10 pain, offered antibiotics. BARARIC, BRUTAL AND GRUESOME! Absolutely, one of the worst experiences of my life and I'm old.

Jean, I am so sorry. It was our understanding on the day of treatment that you did not want a prescription for pain relief. I have gone back and reviewed the texted conversation that you and I had two days after that, and you did not ask for pain medication then either. You have been coming to me for 34 years. I am so sorry that I did not get this right.
