Over the past two weeks I've been able to meet four technicians that I've never met before. Matt and Tre this week, and Carlos and Andrew. Great service from all of them! As are all the technicians from My Guy, all were respectful and efficient. And I think all of them are trying to take over as #1 technician. (You better watch out, Sean!) Seriously, after being their customer for 6 years now I can honestly say this is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them. The office crew is equally awesome!

Jacob was very professional. He evaluated the washer and dryer option for his company to do and said it wasn’t a job for his company. He also opened up a wall to investigate a leak, which didn’t exist. He investigated quite a bit of possibilities, but nothing showed up. We discussed decreasing the water pressure, getting a filter and replacing my bathroom sink etc. He will send me estimates. A fine gentleman that worked very hard today.
