Beware of any warranty they present. Presented as lifetime warranty when purchasing. Parent company-Gator Guard Concrete Coatings- of some sort bought out local company GFC/Gator Guard Columbus that installed our Gator Guard floor. Product now failing after 3 years. Too many other good companies that do this type or work out there and will stand behind the product regardless of ownership change when the product branding is the same.
*Newsflash, when you acquire a company you also acquire their old customers. Issues experienced by those clients don't just disappear because you bought another company and sweep them under the rug. It's the same product - Gator Guard. Of course you will come out, for a fee, to fix a failed product and charge us for something we were guaranteed would not fail. This is how repeat business and referrals are lost.
Instead of taking ownership of problems, you'll notice a common theme of excuses from the ownership in these replies related to any prior customer that was acquired with the buyout of the old Gator Guard of Columbus/GFC. Your floor looks great now, so did mine, would have given it 5 stars after initial install. Just be wary of down the road when you too encounter a problem and the barrage of excuses start. Choose a company carefully before using this one, it may save you a headache and thousands of dollars later.

More expensive than others, but a better product, process, guarantee and trasferability. While esthetically pleasing, the important thing was the nonslip treatment. The garage floor was previously slippery in the winter. It was a safety issue. This should not be the case going forward. The technicians were knowledgeable and pleasant. One timing communication issue and be prepared for the odor. That said, we'd do it again.
