What an absolute MUST for your occasion!!! The DIY Photobooth went down so well with everyone at my best friends 40th birthday.
We had a slight hiccup with delivery but this was not through fault of the company and Doug personally sorted this out so all worked out well - truly grateful.
The booth itself was so easy to set up and all went well with everyone receiving their photos straight from the device :)
We would 100% recommend and would book this again for future events.
Brilliant company, item arrived well packaged with an easy set up guide, on the night it made everything simple and one less added stress, photos are lovely and the boomerang effect was a fun extra I wasn’t expecting,, returning item simple, would recommend this company and will use them again for future family events
Such a clever idea, to ship to and pickup from a customer. The Photo Booth arrived 2 days before the event and was so easy to set up. Everyone loved it on the night and used it more as alcohol intake rose!
Doug did answer one question Ibhad very quickly.
Much cheaper than other hires, with no drop in quality of equipment or service.

This is the second event we have hired the Photo Booth for and it was brilliant for the second time! Everyone loved it, easy to set up, and loved having our own personalised template. Will definitely use again for future events and can’t recommend them enough. Really good value for money.
Order a diy Photo Booth for an event we had, it was unbelievably easy. The Photo Booth arrived on the Friday, I set it up to check it was all working, there was a tiny problem with the template that was rectified as soon as I messaged them to let them know. The Photo Booth was a huge hit at the party, guests loved it. Thank you so much guys. Highly recommend and we will be booking again!

I had issues with being able to pay using their link. I messaged and rang several times asking to pay over the phone, was reassured that this was ok and they would be in touch. In the end I had to cancel as it just didn’t happen. By this time it was too late to book elsewhere.
Very disappointed ☹️

As we discussed on WhatsApp there was no issue our end in relation to the payment portal for you to secure your booking. According to Stripe (our payment portal) your card was declined by your bank and as thus your booking could not be secured.
In relation to not been in contact we spoke on WhatsApp and you stated you just wanted a refund. (At this time we don’t know it hadn’t actually gone through).As you were never actually a customer of ourselves and the issue was with your bank I find it a little disappointing you leaving a 1 star review when there little we could have done for you.
Obviously we have sent you a screenshot of the declined transaction which we won’t put on this review and there is a clear WhatsApp conversation constricting what you saying about us not been in contact to to rectify the issue you were having. Ultimately I’m not sure what more we could have done as the issue was with you and your bank.

Hired for my husbands surprise birthday party. Really great how you can pre-pay off in part to suit you. Set-up was really easy and everyone had such great fun with it. Really went down a treat.
Communication was great when we needed to get in touch afterwards in order to return it too.
10/10 experience.

Amazing service from this company. If you’re thinking about hiring stop thinking about it and order. We had so much fun with it. Ordering collection and actually using the machine was all incredibly easy. Great value for money and great keepsakes

Amazing value for money photobooth for my partners 30th birthday party!! Such a simple and easy process from start to finish. Went down amazingly with our guests and got everyone involved. Hugely recommend if you’re throwing a party/wedding. Don’t splash out on expensive photo booths when this service worked perfectly. We added in the props addition for a small fee which meant the photobooth was delivered with everything we needed to make it a fun memory for all our guests! Couldn’t recommend more!!

We used one of their DIY Photobooths for our wedding, and the entire process was a breeze. The team were great with responding to and dealing with our personalisation requests and the drop-off/pick-up process was super simple and clear. We'd use them again in a heartbeat for any other big events/parties in the future.
