I had both my plumbing and furnace serviced today by Five Star, and the experience was great. James and Adam were very friendly and professional. Adam was especially informative and made sure I felt well-informed about what the heck was going on because I had no idea. I appreciated that they were transparent with pricing and there wasn't any pressure or surprise cost. I would highly recommend Five Star, and I’ve already signed up for their maintenance plan for future services. Thanks again!

The two technicians that came out and installed for me was very friendly was very courteous and very well knowledge about what they was doing I would definitely suggest anybody use them that has the same situation with the hot water heater going out

Our hot water tank went out around 8 PM, and by midnight it was fixed. Chris W went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and that we had hot water again the same night. He was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Really appreciate the effort and great service from Chris W and Five Star.

The service guys that installed our system were fantastic! They were professional, polite and very knowledgeable of the work they were performing. They walked us through the steps to help us maintain the equipment as well as showing us how to use the new thermostat. I can't say enough good about these two. Extremely satisfied!! A+++

Over the weekend, we had a severe leak in one of our bathroom showers that necessitated us to turn off the water to our entire home. The technicians from five star plumbing arrived on time and were completed within a few hours. They were courteous, clean and fairly priced. Thank you for saving Christmas! Hope you enjoyed the banana bread. 😉
