Review 2 July 2026.My Energy Pro recently fixed an external gas pipe that was damaged accidentally and blocked off by the Gas Networks emergency team. On Friday I contacted George and within a few hours Alex arrived to examine the situation which was complicated by the pipe being encased by the roots of a removed ivy plant. He explained what was needed to complete the repair. And asked whether I would be able to clear roots from the pipe over the weekend, which I could, and he would return on Monday at 8 o'clock. This he did and proceeded to effect the repair continuing to keep me fully informed of what he was doing. Throughout he was a very polite young man who gave me great confidence. I had not enquired as to what the cost of sorting this out as it needed doing to enable restoring the hot water and was really pleased when I received a very reasonable bill for the work undertaken. Absolutely delighted customer. Thank you. Review 1 August 2025: Great service and communication from George. He was very polite and pleasant to discuss matters with, then kept us very well informed on the situation. We would have no hesitation in approaching again for any future needs.

Why aren’t all boiler repair companies like My Energy Pro. George was the consummate professional and true to his word on everything, from arrival times, costs and the length of time the job would take. Efficient and honest. I can’t rate these guys high enough. Overall cost including call out and problem investigation was well worth it. I’ve logged his number as I won’t be going anywhere else for my boiler and heating issues from now on. Cheers George!
