I highly recommend Horizon. Our tile floors had been neglected for a long time and the grout was filthy. I could not get it clean. Joe was pleasant and professional and cleaned and sealed the floors perfectly. He took careful measurements so knew exactly what the cost would be. The pricing is reasonable.

Our carpet had buckled and needed a good cleaning. We called Horizon and spoke to Adam, he was very informative and made an appointment for Sean to give us a bid. We were so happy to find a craftsman who could stretch and clean our carpets. Sean did an excellent job and the carpet looks beautiful. From start to finish Horizon is a company that knows the art of customer service. We will continue to use them for all our cleaning needs and highly recommend them.

I have been using horizon carpet cleaning for a few years with my rentals. They just cleaned the carpets in my personal home and I am pleased with the results. Sean was my technician. Adam was able to squeeze me in last second. Their technician Sean was great and able to quickly fix up two areas that were damaged by pets. One section needed to be completely replaced by remnant carpet. The second Sean tried to stretch but wasn't enough and ended up replacing it with more left over carpet. Can't tell a repair was done on either section.
