When I come to the Acworth location Andrea is so patient and polite. Andrea makes me feel important and that she cares about the service the company provides. She always gives me great service and recommends all the different alternatives and options the company provides. I believe she is a great asset to the company, by far one of the best employees with the company at this location.

I received my refund check from financial aid and was denied the cashing of my check. I went on Monday and waited over a hour and the nice lady took a picture of the checks and my drivers license since they were about to close. I came back the day and waited over an hour for the check to be verified then was told that the manager stated that they could not cash my check. What is the point of verification if you are still not going to cash the check. These check cashing places need to find another way to verify it is 2025.

Went in there to cash a check … got told couldn’t cash it … went straight to Walmart they cashed it with NO issues !!! This is why these small hole in the wall places will be shut down … the only real reason they even nearly exist these days is because you have the immigrations that need their money services but a 💯 % American grown person gets told no, lol 😂 go figure ….

According to their advertising, a job and direct deposit=loan. Not true! I had applied for a loan with a clear car title and was denied. I have direct deposit and a job. SMH wasted my time.

I have multiple loans with Aplus. never had a problem always friendly and professional. I drive from Douglasville to this particular location because of how the employees treat you. Now that they offer online process well that just tops the cake!!

This place has horrible customer service. The lady kept trying to charge me for a personal check even after calling to verify it wasn’t she started to raise her voice at me. The person in front of me got her uncalled for attitude as well. Avoid this place.
