I couldn’t be happier with my Botox experience and the ongoing customer service I’ve received. From the moment I booked my appointment, everything felt seamless, warm, and genuinely client-centred. The clinic is gorgeous, the team is incredibly knowledgeable, and they take so much care to make sure you feel completely comfortable.
My injector was meticulous and gentle, explained every step, and really listened to the look I wanted.
What truly sets them apart, though, is the follow-up. Their customer service is exceptional. They check in, respond quickly to questions, and make you feel like a valued client, not just another appointment in the day.
I’ve already recommended them to friends and will absolutely be returning. Five stars in every way.

This was my first place getting treatment, it was nearby and on sale so I choose it.
However I’ve since moved and tried another company in the cbd and upon an appointment I’ve realised how subpar my body vibes was.
They aren’t thorough with their service. There is simply better options.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
The skin therapist has an attitude, acting like she “knows everything,” yet she can’t even tell the difference between acne and breakouts. And I’m supposed to trust her with a chemical peel?
On top of that, she asked me to pay first—very unprofessional. What kind of cheap place does that? No wonder the place is always empty.
The vibe at BODY VIBES is DARK—and honestly, that should’ve been my warning sign.
They also made my skin the worst it has ever been. It’s been one year, and my skin still hasn’t recovered. Their solution? “Do more treatments.” I even tried their laser, and that made things even worse. They just keep suggesting more and more sessions because they clearly don’t know what they’re doing.
They also don’t know how to speak to clients respectfully.
Overall the worst experience—I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
