I went to MBC after aggravating a long term injury to my neck. I was in severe pain. My massage therapist, Grace, was super knowledgeable around my injury and asked loads of questions before giving an amazing remedial massage which relieved my pain and improved my posture. I've been having monthly sessions to complement my chiro sessions and I'm feeling so much better.

I cannot recommend My Body Clinic enough! After six weeks of persistent neck and shoulder blade pain, with limited mobility, I visited Dr. Adrian Hubert for osteopathy treatment. I had, prior to my first consultation, numerous scans completed, several visits with a physiotherapist and treatment with an acupuncturist for the pain. Nothing had proved successful. Adrian was highly recommended by family members, and from the moment I stepped into the clinic, I could tell I was in great hands.
The professionalism, warmth, and care from both Adrian and the staff were evident right from the start. Despite mistakenly booking an appointment for a later date, the clinic immediately reached out to Adrian, and he arrived within ten minutes to accommodate me. That level of dedication was truly impressive. Elsewhere would have turned me away, or rescheduled.
After just two consultations, I am pain-free and moving comfortably again. Adrian's approach was thorough—he took the time to explain my injury, what to expect post-treatment, and how best to support my recovery. His experience in his field was obvious. And I appreciated that there was no push for unnecessary products or additional consultations—just genuine, patient-focused care.
The clinic environment was safe, welcoming, and reassuring, with a level of attentiveness I haven’t experienced elsewhere. I would highly recommend My Body Clinic, especially to women who are looking to maintain their pain and associated mobility and fitness as they age. The attention to bone and muscle health is exceptional, and the care provided is second to none.
