From the moment I walked in Shaliq was amazing! I took my 94 year old grandma shopping for dining chairs and a mattress. He was extremely patient and actually took his time to engage with her about her selections. This guy deserves a raise or some sort of outstanding recognition!!!

I was immediately greeted at the door by salesman Stephen. I told him what I was looking for and he found a perfect item for me. Checking out was easy and quick. I had a extremely good experience.

Answered all my questions, explained everything in detail. I was shown all the mattresses, explained their differences and was allowed to lay in them to test comfort etc.

Over a month for a couch I was supposed to get within a week.
This whole experience has just been terrible. I never try to act like a “Karen” but after they sold me a couch they didn’t have in stock… they first texted me the day before to tell me my couch wouldn’t be coming. Then today…. I was supposed to get my couch. I get a call to say they are 10min out. Then customer service calls to tell me they can’t deliver today because they didn’t know I was in Manhattan….You have my address, had me reschedule for the second time then didn’t double check? Just a terrible experience it’s been over a month with no couches
I experienced staff who are knowledgeable, professional and very friendly, especially Earl who made me feel so comfortable with making my purchase and my choice
